The tech was Jason and he arrived right when they said he would arrive and was extremely professional and very friendly. We loved having GEI Plumbing Services come to our home. The plumber Jacob was very knowledgeable and excellent. I really appreciated him pointing out the reason for my problems and what I should have done to prevent them. He did a bunch of repairs for us and one of the repairs was even completed for us at no charge. It cost a bit more than some other plumbers, but given the quality of the service, it is well worth it and I would use them again. If you want quality work done right the first time, I highly recommend GEI Plumbing Services.

Roto-Rooter truly disappointed me. In addition to coming to my home 3 hours late to my home, the technician came in unapologetically, looked under my sink and quoted me a price to replace the hot water hose. It was crazy high and he acted like it was a take it or leave it situation. I decided to leave it. What was actually wrong? The hose just needed to be tightened. What was hurtful was he KNEW that what it was. He looked at it, he is the professional..right? I referred my this company to my parents and this is how you treat a repeat customer? How can you take that much money from someone when all it needed was to be tightened? Honesty goes a long way Roto-Rooter and although you took care of my parents, based on my experience, I can not refer your company to anyone nor will I or my parents do business with you ever again. Please train all of your employees on ethical business practices so that the one apple does not spoil the bunch. A picture of the hose before and after I tightened it will be uploaded.

Faucet in bathtub started leaking so I looked around for a plumber close to me, found Lucky's Plumbing on Angie's list and called them. They said they would be out Monday between 10 -12. The plumber Eric was at my house before 10, I really like that. Checked out my leak, said it could be rebuilt instead of replaced which was great to hear. He then rebuilt it and installed a new shower head for me at a very reasonable price. All of the work was done quickly and professionally. Next time I need a Plumber I know who to call, Lucky's Plumbing!! Thank you for a job well done.

Hugo plumbing came out on a home warranty call. The technicians were great! I highly recommend their services. The guys came out for a clogged kitchen drain and they found and fixed a leaking toilet in the same visit.
