Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, patient and shared his process to help me understand what contributed to my drain issues. He was extremely thorough and was familiar with repairs and issues in the past (he read our record before he came in). He also gave me a detailed plan to help prevent future problems. He even gave me a funnel to help me pour bleach into drain without damaging plumbing fixtures! Very responsive to my concerns and questions. He inspected all my plumbing and water heater for any potential problems. Yay!

I google searched for a plumber when our hot water heater failed. I reached Nicks Plumbing by phone the old fashioned way. They had a 15 year qualified plumber at my business within 40 minutes of my call. Je diagnosed the problem then gave me the option to repair or replace. I chose to replace . As plumber #1 prepared for the new water heater another plumber from his company brought the new one. I have twin commercial heaters side by side. He brought me the same brand and size. I used blueFrog twice recently to install a tankless water heater, and then do a cleaning flush of the unit a year later. They provided very professional, expert, and timely service for both jobs. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. Overall, the service was great. Daisy was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough about fixing the problems.However, I made an appointment for which I had to leave work early and it was cancelled. They rescheduled for the next day att the same time. They said that they would call if someone could come earlier. I'm glad that I didn't run my errands. They ended up coming way (nearly 5 hours) earlier than the appointment.The prices seem to be a little inflated. They gave me a flat quote without itemization. They only sent it on the receipt. They could have charged me for anything considering there isn't a price list. They gave me a quote for additional work that also seemed to be a bit much. I declined and found an alternative solution at Home Depot for $20 instead of $2300.

Lindell Francis from All Around Plumbing was excellent. Lindell showed up and fixed our situation this past Friday, one day after calling them. Very courteous, thorough, and professional.
