After the Texas freeze storm of 2021, we needed to have our home totally re-piped. We obtained a few quotes from other local companies but eventually decided to go with Bluefrog Plumbing + Drainage of West Houston. The ladies at the office who were the first point of contact were awesome and amazingly friendly.CJ and his crew came out to survey the house and started the job soon after evaluating the job and providing a reasonable quote for what it cost to do the job. By midday, the whole house was completely re-piped in a very excellent and professional manner. I have had to use Bluefrog a few times since then for other jobs. I recommend Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston for all your plumbing needs. Ask for CJ by name. He is a decent man and knows his job.

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

Was on vacation and pipes busted. Called from airport to schedule them to come out to fix pipes that busted during freeze and continued to leak. Scheduled for Monday. Got a call on NYE that they could come out early. Fixed my issue and got my water running again for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Lindell was excellent and very professional. This was kind of emergency situation for us as we had to travel next day. I’m glad that I didn’t use my insurance this time.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

The lady that returned my phone calls answer so many of my questions and took care of my changes to the order. The plumbers showed up early on a Sunday and drapped the carpet and stairs to install a new hot water heater. The expierence was so smooth and seemless. They had quality water heaters in stock and the installation went so smoothly, I didn't have to wait any extra days.I would highly recommend using Houston Plumbing Services to all my friends and family! At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
