I would highly recommend Nicks. They came the same day I called and at the scheduled time. They fixed the problem and offered a 90 day guarantee on the service. They all gave us information on how to prevent the problem from occurring again.

I had a great experience with GEI Plumbing Services. They were able to come out and fix my shower quickly, and they were inexpensive. I was able to get the job done, and it was finished in one day.It wasn't until I had a problem with my sink that I realized how much of a difference having them around made—the technician who came out was really friendly, explained what he was doing, and gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems. They also did an emergency service for us when our toilet broke down, which saved us money by not having to replace the whole thing.

Halo Plumbing was wonderful to work with! They came to bid the project the same day I called. Their bid was competitive and thorough. They also explained every line item to me to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the work. They found a solution to replace my drainage line in the garage without cracking the foundation or digging under the house. They completed the work quickly and were always on time and did an excellent job to clean up when the project was finished. Loren, the owner, was very available and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I cannot speak more highly of this company.

After having a BAD experience with Mercy Plumbing, my friend gave me the name of All in the Family. They came out, fixed my problem, confirmed what I thought, that Mercy was going to show me NO MERCY, and charged less for cleaning out ALL drain lines than Mercy did for the kitchen sink clog. They should be voted Best in Texas.

Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie. This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

Redfin is a very reliable plumbing company. I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink, and I tried watching some youtube videos and tightened things around to see if I could fix it myself. No luck. I called Redfin, and they were able to fix the problem within the same day. They know what they are doing, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs!

Unfortunately, this is the worst experience using a contractor in my life, I received a quote via email and verbal confirmation from the Mr. Rooter rep. Attached a quoted from email. As discussed on the phone earlier, we quoted you the preliminary price for a 40 gallon water heater, in the attic of $1,360.43.The arrangements were made with my family member, the next following day a Mr. Rooter service technician arrived to replace the water heater and I was surprised the total amount came up to $2,980.00. I immediately spoke with the service technician and was verbally abused about someone paying for the final bill. He refused to leave and several calls were made to the dispatcher center for Mr. Rooter whom told us they couldn't do anything. The service technician was uncooperative, very argumentative, and unprofessional, constantly questioning my character to my previous family for refusing to pay the unquoted amount. It turns out the service technician arrive with no knowledge of the quote, so he was misinformed from the beginning. Mr. Rooter provided no service call out instructions or information on the task, and basically send a unqualified service technician to preform the exchange of a simple water heater. This event lead for fours day until we received a credit back for the difference from the service manager whom was no where to be reached during this situation over the weekend. Please avoid this business and hopefully someone else doesn't deal with the similar issue.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

This is the first time I have hired this company, and I will hire them for all future work. I needed to replace the main shutoff valve and replace an outside hose bib. Leonard Papa did great work, including covering up the access hole. Best of all, he was very reasonably priced and I felt good about the value I got for my money. Highly recommend this company!!!

I can't say enough good things about TDT and their associates, Jack and Micah! They were so polite and professional and took good care of me in a short time. In addition, the office staff called me to give me updates on their time of arrival when unexpected delays occurred so I appreciated being kept informed. Outstanding service! Highly recommend TDT!

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona. He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
