These folks are amazing. Everything was explained up front, our technician (Larry) was super on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was, what he did to correct it, and then showed me that all was working as should be. I will use this company going forward for all my electrical needs.

I had a bathroom outlet that was no longer working. Justin came in and diagnosed the problem quickly, about 15 min, and explained what would need to be done to fix it (he claimed the estimate would be free). What was needed was simply a new (gfi) outlet needed to be installed - but he made it seem like it was alot more involved.. He then provided an estimate of $200. When I asked how much the part cost, he immediately dropped the price to $150 and got pushy as if this was the going rate for this sort of service. So taking his advice, I allowed him to perform the service. It took him another 10 min to install the new gfi outlet. The following day, without having him push me into a sale, I looked up and found the top tier gfi outlet was ~$20, max. Which means he charged me $130 for his 10 min of labor. I called him and confronted him about the price gouging, and when I asked to see a price break down of exactly what I was charged for, he refused to send me anything further than saying that he and his company charge by the project and the more than $750/hour rate, was to cover the business's overhead. I will NEVER hire A-1 again, and I would recommend anyone who would like to pay a fair price for the service to do the same.

Salat did an excellent job installing a surge protector on my electrical panel. After a surge tripped too many breakers one night we deemed it well worth the money to ensure I don’t loose appliances, etc. Salat was courteous, thorough and efficient. He replaced a ceiling fan and fixed a smoke alarm with a loose wire as well as change the battery in one that was unreachable for me. He left the areas clean. I have used On- Time before and will use them again as well as recommended them to anyone who needs dependable service.

Never ever again. Needed a new breaker. They said it would be a $39 charge to come out, fine come on they didn't tell me that there would be a 325.00 diagnostic fee, long story short it cost me 759.00 to replace a 30.00 breaker. That was sometime ago as I have been to mad to be civil but now I can I will never do business with these rip off artist again.

Isaac came when we were having flickering lights and loss of power. He replaced a bad breaker and performed troubleshooting service letting us know we had a problem with Centerpoint Energy equipment. He was correct and went over and above what was expected to make sure we knew what to tell Centerpoint. Turned a bad day into relief when everything was fixed. Would definitely recommend Right Touch Electrical.

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. Workers were prompt and completed the work quickly. They communicated well and educated me on what was wrong.

They performed a service without the owner's authorization and their charge was too high. We will never use this company again.

Brotherly love and this team is incredible. They did a large scale LED lighting package for me at a commercial project in woodlands. I had a crew for 3 weeks with just a 2 hour notice. The guys got me out of a huge bind and did incredible site work. Legit guys who helped us get through this project.

Oscar was on time and his crew did a great job of replacing 5 hard-wired smoke detectors, replacing an old vanity light bar with a new vanity light bar, moving a hanging light from formal dining room to breakfast area, and installing a new ceiling fan in my new formal reading room. As always, Oscar took the time to measure space for each new light fixture so each would hang perfectly and look perfect. Oscar and his team made every effort to conceal and previously created holes in ceiling. As usual, the price was very reasonable for the work done. I will continue to call Right-Pro for all my electrical work around the house.
