We had a small leak and was identified about three foot from the city meter by the city authority. We already digged and guess it may be come from under the slab or a little bit farther about one foot. The technician of Nick’s came to make an estimate, he didn’t even want to find out where the water come out even we showed him, he just suggested us to replace the whole pipe to the house, it will be cheaper if fixing by foot, and he asked “Where we wanted to fix?” And gave us the estimate for five foot from the slab towards my house and/ or under the slab. We asked if this part is not the problem and leaking come from farther? He said he didn’t know. So we asked did he come here to find out where the leak, diagnosis and gave us the estimate? or just take the service charge of $49.00. We waited for him whole day to hear that he didn’t know where to fix and just gave the estimate for wherever I guess leaking and take my paycheck. This is ridiculous and unprofessional!!!NVuong

Could not be happier. Firs,t they new what they were doing and made strong confident suggestions and recommendations. Second, workers were very professional while on the job. Third, price was fair for the work done. Last, after installation during the first big storm I had a question at an odd hour and they were their when I needed them. They stand behind their work!

Beware! They took advantage of me on a leak repair and double dipped they lied about the cost of the leak detection company and refused to allow me to book this appointment on my own instead they stated they had to book disappointment, but the only reason for this was because they wanted to inflate that price knowing I was going through an extreme hardship with the leak as high as 74,000 gallons of water in a three week period of time it was a critical emergency and I was very limited on funds. Instead of them having compassion and integrity they lied about how much the leak detection company charge just to make an extra $225! They double dipped! Horrific and would never recommend people like this that lack integrity!

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!
