In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

We have used this company several times. They are always professional and very thorough. They are courteous and on time and do a great job. Plus they don’t charge an outrageous fee for their services. I highly recommend them and we will continue to use them for all of our electrical needs.

After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

Wes was our technician and it was so refreshing he came out and diagnosed our problem and found that is was a center point issue. He followed up with center point and gave them a detailed description of what the problem was they came out and fixed it right away. Normally center point will fight you on repairs. When Wes took the time to discuss with them the problem. They came out and fixed it we were back up in no time!! We contacted Harmony Electric for help with a rental property. The electrician promptly set an appointment and evaluated the house. He outlined the problems, gave me three options to fix the problems and what each option would require (e.g., labor, cost, time, etc.). We agreed to an option and he completed the work within the week. Not only were we pleased but the renter was happy with the professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend Harmony Electric and am very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and timeliness!!!

Our experience with Next Door Electric was phenomenal! Tae was able to diagnose our outlet and breaker problem with exact details on how it should be fixed. Within the next appointment Tae was able to set up the new breaker in less than 30 minutes! The same week we had an unexpected short circuit with our electric stove top and they were able to send out Sal who helped fix the issue with no service charge because we had done business with them in the same week! Talk about a great customer experience!!! As first time home owners we’re so glad we can rely on this company over and over again. 100% will continue to use their services.

Mr. Curtis was early for the appointment, waiting for me. He is polite and listened to my project request and gave important advise. We will use him for all our electrical needs.We had an emergency and Mr. Curtis was called and rushed to our business within 20 min. He took care of our problems and had us back up and running.

I received a quote over the phone to install a chandelier in my kitchen. The pricing was reasonable, so I booked an appointment. An hour before the appointment, I received a call to confirm prior to the electrician arriving. The electrician arrived at the exact appointed time (very rare these days). The work was done professionally and I'll be calling these guys back for any electrical work needed in the future.
