Best Replace Plumbing in Houston TX

I live in a condo, which really complicates leak detection more than it already is in a house. While most plumbing companies refused to provide services to condos, Village stepped up. Leo came out and tracked down the source of the leak where several others threw up their hands and gave into the temptation of assuming it was coming from somewhere else in the building. I am so grateful for you sending Leo and helping me take the next step in ending this small disaster, that guy deserves more than what I paid for the service.

They were never able to assist me, so I cannot rate their services. However, I had to reach out to them on a few occasions, where they stated they were putting me on a wait list. At one point I contacted them to ask about my status on their wait list, they stated they were adding me during that time although I was supposed to have been added a week prior.Update: I have checked and have not received any follow up calls, texts, or voice messages from your company.

We had a service time established. The service guy called & said he couldn’t make it. Advised to look on line for someone else. Good luck should you choose this company

Really great they identified a the blockage in our drain and then found a leak under our kitchen sink and handled it! Also the sink is notoriously loose so they tightened it. Went above and beyond and were fairly priced! Thanks Mario!

Great people to work with and reasonable

Very pleased with Michael. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He did a great job.

I was grateful they were available to unclog my drain on Saturday afternoon, but I thought the price was a bit high. Also, they put on booties to cover their shoes when they came in but then didn't remove them when they went back out and came back in and tracked in mud. I also noticed that they had unrolled the yard hose but just left it laying in the yard and didn't bother putting it back on the holder.

If you were expecting them to reschedule you 2-3 times over 2 days with no explanation because they don’t care then You should absolutely use these guys. Not calling back is rude. I’m going to mr rooter now Because they know how to answer a phone and respect my time.

The plumber was nice and very professional. It is easy to feel uncomfortable when a stranger enters you home. My family was VERY comfortable with our plumber. A big part of that was all the communication I received from the company and the technician before he arrived. Including a picture of our plumber. I would definitely use this company again.
