As a native Houstonian and over 50 if have used a lot of plumbing companies. These guys are now my go to plumbers. Courteous, punctual, professional, and more than just fair on their pricing. This company was great. I made a call on a Sunday for an appointment the following day, and they were very punctual. The plumber (Eduardo) showed up, diagnosed the problem, instantly purchased the part necessary, came back and then fixed my toilet. Would definitely recommend.

I like that the company kept in touch with me as far as him being able to come earlier and letting me know he was on his way. During the freezing weather in early March 2021 we lost electricity for 3 days. We turned off water to the house. Once power was restored we waited another 3 days to turn the water back on because we continued to have frigid weather each night. Once we turned the water back on we didn’t have any problems. One day later I went to wash a load of clothes and water came out from behind the washer. Through our neighborhood paper we found an ad for Bluefrog Plumbing. Ricardo Teran was the technician that came. He was very knowledgeable and from what he could see did not think (but couldn’t guarantee) that we had a pipe issue unless he removed the Sheetrock to check pipes. He gave us an estimate and let us know they did not do Sheetrock work to repair. We approved this and glad we did - there was no pipe damage and he said there might have been some frozen water in the washer drain so when I did a load it backed up. No issues since. We were pleased with Ricardo and would recommend Bluefrog.

Wow ... Kudos indeed!!. Five leaky toilets, competitor recommends replacing all - $500 apiece. Texas Plumbing comes out same day and shows valve settings simply need adjustment on all five. First Time Customer intending to become long-term Client. Thank you!

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) Thanks again to Emily, Eric, Daniel, Brandon & the rest of the crew for the hard work!

Hugo plumbing came out on a home warranty call. The technicians were great! I highly recommend their services. The guys came out for a clogged kitchen drain and they found and fixed a leaking toilet in the same visit.
