We engaged Nick's Plumbing after damage suffered from burst pipes during winter storm Uri. Josh Rodriguez, the plumber, was great in communication with us and prompt in showing up. The Nick plumbing crew worked efficiently, with constant updates, and took care not to cause any colateral damage in repairing the leaks. Josh was upfront with all costs involved in scope of work, completed the job as quickly as possible and cleaned the work site after they finished their work. We will definitely use them again and are grateful to have running water again.

They are hard workers and left the work zone to safety standards overnight and cleaned up well upon completion.

Yo, I set up an appointment for a outdoor exterior leaking pipe. Jose showed up in a company van. Dressed in company uniform. Before he fixed the issue he let me know the invoice & policy. I agreed to have the work done since I was impressed. He was very professional & quick. He addressed the situation & immediately got to work. Signed the bill & paid with my check. This was a very simple transaction, If i have a problem in the first year the work done is under warranty! So far so good! Very happy with the service I receive each time with this company!

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. First, let me start off by saying Lindell is so kind and polite. When I explained my water heater issue, he tried to walk me thru any possible remedies over the phone. When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. There was no up sell or fluff, straight to the point and got the job done within 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. I will absolutely use his company again!
