Best Repair/Replace in Houston TX

My sewage line backed up in mid April during this insane pandemic, flooding my bathroom. The first plumbing company I called couldn’t come out that Sunday night - saying earliest they could do was Monday afternoon - which obviously was super unhelpful. I ended up calling Cooper Plumbing and Jeremiah immediately tried to help address the issue. He ended up coming out that night, recognizing it was an emergency, and went out of his way to find the equipment he needed to resolve the root of the issue. The price he quoted was also super reasonable and later he also came out to replace part of my sewage pipes. Because there was a lot of water damage he even recommended another company to come do the clean up and restoration and they also did a great job at a reasonable price.I was consistently impressed with his professionalism, but also his genuine desire to help resolve the issue. He wore a mask so did all of this safely given the COVID-19 situation, and I just was so grateful to the service he provided during this stressful time. This whole experience made me appreciate smaller businesses so much more because it was clear he takes pride in his work. Would definitely reach out again if I needed anything else plumbing related.

After I left a review, Nick’s operations contacted me with the signed invoice which states the fee would be applied if I received services in 30 days( as agreed) but doesn’t state that it remains a fee which is not what I was told at the time of signing. There is no accountability on the company to remedy what they have from a rep on the recorded call telling me a fee and the person who processed my payment at my house telling me I would get the fee back if I decided not to pursue services, this was just a refundable deposit and to call back. No services were done since the house is a new construction so I called back as the rep said and no one at Nick’s want to acknowledge what the rep told me or take responsibility for his words and actions. This is extremely irresponsible as a company and I will let everyone in the real estate industry I work with know that Nick’s offers poor service and no accountability.

When an arctic blast hit Texas it devastated the whole state. I immediately called this company the next day at the beginning of office hours and had someone here that day and problem was solved efficiently and very well-mannered respectful technicians to help resolve the issue and get me back up and running with no problems. This will be my go-to plumbing company from now on! Thanks SO MUCH‼️

Yo, I set up an appointment for a outdoor exterior leaking pipe. Jose showed up in a company van. Dressed in company uniform. Before he fixed the issue he let me know the invoice & policy. I agreed to have the work done since I was impressed. He was very professional & quick. He addressed the situation & immediately got to work. Signed the bill & paid with my check. This was a very simple transaction, If i have a problem in the first year the work done is under warranty! So far so good! Very happy with the service I receive each time with this company!

We recently moved to Houston and had Hidajet #6647 come out to help us with our washer drain pipe, as we had issues with it backing up and could no longer do a load of laundry. It was extremely frustrating as we have a young family and laundry piling up daily. Hidajet was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience with both the professional technician and the company itself on the phone. They came out within an hour of placing the call - what a relief and blessing this company and their services were! Would request for Hidajet to come back and work on issues in our home again!

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!)
