Jimmie Sabala was pleasant and courteous throughout this call, and explained every step of his process. He listened to my observations and my experience with the clogged drain under the bathroom sink. He knew immediately what to do and began working on the problem, explaining each step of his process. Upon completion of the job and taking care of the paperwork, he thanked me for my business and told me to call if there were further problems. Mr. Sabala represented your company well and is a credit to his profession.

Tenant said that no water was coming out of the sink faucet. Called Cooper and they came out the same day. Turned out the battery was dead for the motion sensor on the faucet, which they fixed easily. There was no charge and I loved that customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Toilets were draining outside on the ground due to a horrible clog in the old PVC pipes. I made one phone call yesterday evening 10/31/22 and they had a plumber at my door at 8:30 am 11/1/22. I loved their services. I had to schedule a same day appointment and I had someone here within an hour of calling. The tech explained everything in debt and solved the problem in our warehouse.

My most recent plumbing needs was to have a broken pipe in the front of my home repaired. In Lindell's first visit and attempt to repair pipe he discovered the main needed to be repaired by the water company. He told us how to get them there immediately. It worked, he returned and completed repairs the same day and did an EXCELLENT job replacing the patches of grass he had to remove in order to make repairs. This was my 3rd or 4th time using All Around Plumbing for my business and for my home, each time I've been completely satisfied.It would be nice to have more excellent experiences from professionals. He set the bar high for customers care and great service.
