Based on the terrific reviews, I contacted Nick's Plumbing for a non-urgent matter. The communication from the office was excellent. The techs showed up in the appointed time-frame, diagnosed the problem I called about, suggested a routine maintenance for my tankless water heater, and made an adjustment on the water heater which has made a lovely improvement in hot water delivery. I love this company!Loren responded to our phone call immediately, was able to come out the next morning (for a minor problem), came on time, and was super knowledgeable about his work!Our hot water heater pipe was rusted. He came in and was able to fix the problem super quickly. He also flushed our hot water heater for us. He was honest, gave us great tips on how to keep our system working well, and made sure we understood what was wrong.Great price. Will definitely be using Loren again next time we need a plumber!

Blue Frog’s Alfredo was very professional and did excellent work.

Good: aggressive price, prompt service.Not good: left their dirty hose sitting in my upstairs hall and the bathtub with dirty water. But most important, they couldn't get the water heater electric cord plugged in (outlet was full) so they simply left with the water heater unplugged and never told anyone.

Dispatch was a little wonky but I assume that is to work in emergencies? Tech was friendly and good. Bottom line $230 to unplug a toilet was crazy overpriced. Took all of 15 minutes.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

Trevor arrived promptly during the time window provided and clearly defined all of the services needed. He also provided estimates and detailed descriptions for optional services if I chose to do so. Another attribute I truly appreciated from Trevor was he was there to genuinely help us without high pressure sales tactics. Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!
