CenterPoint came, shut off my gas and told me to find a plumber. I had no idea how I should work it out so I just googled and found Halo. I called and Loren picked the phone. He was very patient and explained every step on how this will be handled and resolved. Karen tried her best to find a nearest time slot for their tech to come. So the next morning Jair and Chris came and they quickly fixed the leak using a smart way without taking down the wall sheet! They scheduled the city inspection the next day for me and ensure that I can get a green tag. Now I got my gas back on Thursday!I am so impressed by how professional and technically competent their tech are and how organized they manage the work! They did everything they promised. After having a BAD experience with Mercy Plumbing, my friend gave me the name of All in the Family. They came out, fixed my problem, confirmed what I thought, that Mercy was going to show me NO MERCY, and charged less for cleaning out ALL drain lines than Mercy did for the kitchen sink clog. They should be voted Best in Texas.

18 years ago Thomas Ibanez was recommended to me as I was building my log cabin. He installed brand new sewer and water lines including hot water heater, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and sprinkler system. I never had any plumbing problems. I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.
