Nick's has been providing us installation, routine maintenance and repairs for several years. They are always very responsive on a timely basis. The technicians and their work has always been of the highest quality.

Will never use this company again. Late 2x in one day. Walked on my carpet with shoes on. Im partial with masks but they had none. Plumbers were nice but did not provide a quote before work. I asked and was told they don’t know. Then came the $450-dollar surprise bill. I paid in full then voiced out my dissatisfaction. Office manager wants to argue so I told him to F off. Kept texting and calling after was told not to contact me anymore or will get the authorities involved. He still called several times so the cops had to get involved. Horrible experience with the back office. Plumbers were ok though my toilet is heavily scraped up that probably needs replacing now. Will definitely not call these people!

Frisco and his assistant made very short order of my problem, and they were both personable and polite. I am quite satisfied.

We experienced a backup sewage problem and were recommended to Halo Pluming by another pluming company that did not have a water jet . Halo all though seemed professional, his equipment was not strong enough and charges us $540.00 He did not fix my problem and also recommended a $7k repair. I called Andy's pluming, it cost us $1500 and problem was fixed. I am in the service business as well, when I can't or don't fix what I'm called for, I do not charge the customer!

I was super concerned as soon as we found out that our home had water damage. I have to say Felipe Bautista and Neskin did a phenomenal job to explain the process to me, and more importantly get started on the work immediately. This way mold would be stopped in its tracks. They were respectful and tended to all our questions. Not like this is an everyday experience. They were knowledgeable and worked with us to ensure first and firmest, the safety of our family and home. Thank you again!

Emily kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Eric, who I met for the first time, did top-notch work and was very friendly and professional. Finally, Brandon gave me pricing that was about 30% lower than I expected. Overall, I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or gas needs.

This Company is amazing! We have called Ben from Texas Premier Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection camera for a home that we about to buy.Ben within 15min after checking all the pipes ,located for a breakage in the sewer line.This service worth every penny!!If we wouldn’t check it ,we have bought the home and ending paying a lot of $$$ for this breakage.Highly recommended!!
