Install sink, vanity and connect to waterline in the bathroomWhen the plumber left we saw the way work was performed was all showing with different pipes not tidily done, although it’s working but we were not impressed with the untidy work under the sink, specially with a open vanity stand. They are overpriced but we didn’t argue as we were expecting better workmanship. Disappointed

I placed a call to two different companies. When I called them they didn’t answer the phone but I went to the website. I was able to easily make an appointment online. Someone called me the next day to confirm and although they were not on time, they kept me informed about when they would be arriving. The guys got there and they were very professional and neat. They gave me a quote and showed me everything they were going to do. They didn’t have a part and let me know that they would come back first thing the next morning. They were on time and they were quick with the work. They were also very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I didn’t feel like they were rushing me. I did feel like they were concerned about doing a good job

Plumber arrived on time and fixed our problem quickly. I thought the fill valve was broken but they correctly identified that the line was blocked and replaced it.

No one loves having to call the plumber but they made it as painless as possible. Alton came out same day and had everything going in no time. Great work!

Toilet replaced and gas line cut off. Guys arrived ahead of scheduled time and were able to finish up quickly. I'm having them back next week to do a pipe clean out.Highly recommend.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

These guys were great. We had a small water line issue that was fixed the same day for a very reasonable fee. We found our new plumber.

These guys are GREAT. Quality work at a reasonable price. They have worked on several of my rental homes as well as my personal house. Everything from minor plumbing repairs to redoing our entire master bath. New shower, toilets, faucets and so on. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

Damon Hinson is an amazing cool guy he came out before and worked on this mail line for me when it was leaking into my yard found the issue and repaired it. Even though he provided quality work and made sure the leak was fixed. He's professional respectful and knows his work thanks Damon.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

We have called Ben from Texas Premier Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection camera for a home that we about to buy.Ben within 15min after checking all the pipes ,located for a breakage in the sewer line.This service worth every penny!!If we wouldn’t check it ,we have bought the home and ending paying a lot of $$$ for this breakage.Highly recommended!!

at 7:00 PM I had a plumbing issue that had us without water for the evening if I couldn't get a plumber her quickly. All Around Plumbing was here at 9:00 and they knocked out the job promptly. The plumber was highly professional and just a great guy. I couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of the service they provided. That's how to win and KEEP customers.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.
