Harley Davis was the plumber that came to service me. He was kind, professional, and personable. He explained everything to me in detail and the steps in which I needed to do moving forward. I’m so grateful for his help!

I was having heating issues for a few weeks after having some maintenance performed by another company. In a perfect world, I would call the company that originally provided the service back out, but I decided to have a different set of eyes review what had been done. I scheduled an appointment with Nick’s. This is not my first time using Nick’s, but this is the first time using the HVAC services. My experiences with the plumbing services has been excellent, so I felt comfortable with this decision. I was able to learn from my tech that the services which were performed previously were not of the highest quality. He identified multiple areas of concern, and he fixed the immediate issue. I will definitely consider Nick’s for my future concerns.

I hired GEI Plumbing Services to install a new outdoor water system. Not only did they do a great job, but they were also very friendly and accommodating. They fixed my leaking pipes and did it quickly and professionally.

I received great service and the technicians were timely, friendly and professional. Communication was great from the time I initially called in. They sent out an email with a photo of the technician and confirmation that they were on their way. Great experience all around.

These is not my first time to use Halo. They are on time and do quality work. Today they perform tankless water heater maintenance.

Called Roto-Rooter late at night for a drainage issue. Even though it was late, their dispatch was quick to send over a technician. The technician, Christian, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about our issue. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Replaced electrical panel one day. Great job. Installed new drain line in back of house from washing machine. Trenched back yard to lay new pipe and tie into the main. Cut and replaced concrete patio. They forgot to install a new dryer vent hole in wall as they used the existing vent hole for the new drain piping. Saul Flores came out on Friday afternoon. Did a great job. Apologized for the oversight. He went above and beyond. He also reconnected the dryer and made sure all gas line connections were good. Highly recommend Saul to anyone. Great personality and friendly.

Leonard and his men did a remarkable job repiping our home after the winter storm. They arrived at the time that they promised and finished ahead of schedule. It was an absolute joy doing business with him and his company. I will refer him to anyone in need of plumbing services without reservation. Chose them over 10 years ago because they offer Aceduraflo. Have helped me out a number of times, many in a pinch! They expect only the best out of all their employees who are proud to work for TDT. They offer the best solutions for the situation. They are not in business to sell you unnecessary products or services. They will come back out of there is an issue. I have fired two plumbers in Houston due to ethics and overcharging. TDT is an awesome company!

Had a leak in the front yard. Had no idea where it was coming from. Emilio responded promptly, came out here fast, found the problem and fixed it. He was honest, and quoted me a good price and was ***HONEST*** about it... that is the most important thing!!!! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again for anything plumbing related!

We needed service on a holiday and were pleasantly surprized to receive an immediate response. Eric was at our house within an hour, and was one of the most pelasant tradesman we've worked with. First he offered to remove his boots; that alone won him points in our no-shoes home. Eric explained each step of what he was doing, cleaned up after he completed the work, and verfied multiple times the blockage was gone. Super friendly staff and great customer service

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.
