Get it Done Plumbing did an EXCELLENT job! They were on time, very professional and fast! To say that I’m pleased would be an understatement. I’m so glad that I now have a reliable and affordable plumbing service that I will be using from here on out.

Had a emergency leak after my nephewTried to cover my pipes for freeze. He broke my pipe off in back of house we had to turn water off. Called this company late in the evening and they quoted us price for night emergency service or 9:00am next morning. They came on time ,fixed all repairs at the same price they quoted no upsell! Very happy will be using them again for sure?

I am so grateful to have found this company. Robert and his team treated me with the utmost respect and were very thorough while explaining all of the issues and fixing that needed to be done.I contacted a few plumbers before calling Get It Done Plumbing, and they all seemed to be money hungry and not willing to work with me at all.Get it done plumbing has by far the best customer service and prices. Honest, quick, competitive and thorough plumbing.They just re-piped my entire house. I had the old galvanized steel pipes. I had a leak a couple of years ago and I was looking for a good plumber to replace it with a flexible PVC pipes. Emilio came to look at my pipes and gave me a free quote. He scheduled the job two weeks ahead and showed up with his crew on time. It took two days for the plumbing part and two more days for patching all wall and ceiling cutouts. Everything is done according to my specifications and in the time he promised.He included some improvements such as adding in-wall boxes for washer and ice maker connects which makes my house look a lot nicer. I highly recommend them.Just give them a call.I should add that they cleaned their mess at the end of each day.

Please stay away from this company! Do not use them. I found them on Yelp, and decided to use them based on the reviews. They installed a water heater last April 2020 and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have called them numerous times because it is still under warranty, and they are giving me the run around. They don't pick up my phone calls anymore! I had paid over $1300 for this brand new Rheem water heater. Please save your money and use a reputable company. I don't understand how they have good reviews!!!!! I am reporting them to BBB.Response to owner reply: Don’t you want customers to return to you for service? Perhaps you are correct in your description of the warranties. The issue is that you were too occupied with deflecting blame and not concerned with fixing our problem. After repeated calls, promises from your representative that you would call us back, we received nothing for two weeks. Of course we had the option to call another plumber, and we are now exercising that option. You asked why we are mad, and the answer is that we thought we had developed a business relationship with a company that cared about honoring and growing that relationship with their existing customers. We were wrong.

Best Plumbing company..shhh Houstons best kept secret. They always do a great job..reliable patient and honest..tried others but by far they need to be City of Houston best plumbing company. Hands down..never been so satisfied with plumbing professionals. Thanks guys

Short and sweet: Excellent response time, knew what they were doing, and genuinely honest and nice guys.Long version: I've have issues with my kitchen and washroom drains for a while, and finally gave up waiting for another plumber who's cancelled on me three times. Emilio called me right back after I left a voice mail and was at my house in under an hour. He quickly confirmed that I have a break in my drain line which will need to be repaired, and gave me a couple of options for a temporary workaround and a more long-term solution. Both were reasonably priced, and I'll be calling my insurance company to discuss before making a final decision. I've also gotten them to quote me for an installation of an outdoor work sink, which they were more than happy to do in combination with the work I'll already need done for a very reasonable fee.Both brothers were pleasant and seemed to know what they were all about. They also took care to prepare before and after they'd finished their work, protecting the surfaces they were working on and cleaning up after.Once I make my decision they've informed me that they can have a crew out for a two day job as early as next week, which really makes it easy for me to make a decision. I would definitely recommend Get It Done to anyone needing an honest plumber.

Emilio came out fast when I called about a leak that was a busted pipe. They mitigated the issue until they got
the part and came back to finish the repair. The pricing was fair and the communication was good. I would definitely use there service again.

I am so relieved to finally have found a plumber I can trust! The Get It Done Team first change out the water heater & did re-pipe work at my townhome. I was so happy with the results that I called them to go out to my home in Katy. They are fast, reliable, service is great & prices are more than fair for the quality work they provide. Called them yesterday for a clogged toilet and Nestor showed up promptly this morning and had it fixed in no time. He even looked at a second toilet and made an adjustment so it would flush better. Good communication and came at the agreed time which is more than I can say about the first plumber that I contacted who was a no show twice. My clogged drain was opened and trap correctly reinstalled. Seemed reasonable for an after hours same day call.

I found a water leak in the front yard by the water meter box one afternoon. Emilio came out the same day. Looked at the pipe. Quoted me reasonable price for a fix. After looking more into the problem, Emilio found out that it was just a loosen connection. He just tighten the seal and leak was gone. He lowered the price for the quick fix.I would definitely call him back for any other plumbing issue. 100% recommended.

Emilio, as promised, here is my review.Long story short: Kitchen plumbing failed on me, I couldn't get it unclogged, couldn't run the dish washer, I tried chemicals and, snake line but nothing worked, made a mess of the wood floor and pissed off the wife with my poor attempt at plumbing. I went online and googled plumbers, with good reviews (I have been burned in the past so now I try to make sure there are enough good reviews before I let someone into my house), near my zip code and quickly found Emilio's Get It Done Plumbing service. In less than 5 minutes I was able to explain to him my problem, he was quick to provide a possible diagnostics and quick to make time to stop by and fix the problem the next day. He also gave a nice discount since i found him online and in exchange for an online review of his service, once complete. Problem is now fixed and I will certainly be a return customer. Thanks. Emilio is the best! I live in midtown Houston, Tx and had a hot water heater go out at our base location. He was on site by 1:00 pm and installed a new unit by 3:39 pm. Great prices, Great services! I will be back!

Emilio and crew came to my house and “Did the Damn Thang”! All the employees were friendly, courteous, attentive to all details, and most importantly to ME they were professional! They came as a crew, worked as a crew, & cleaned up as a crew! The sheetrock crew came in the next day after all pipes were taken out and new pipes were installed. Best contractor experience ever. Had a clogged main line at night. Called at 7 and plumber was here by 8:30! Clog was cleaned out by 10:30! Price was reasonable too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The plumber did a great job installing two new faucets on the master bathroom. He was well prepared with the tools and cleaned up the space after finishing. He offered to leave or take out the damaged parts and recycle the metals that were not rusted, he also took the damaged ones to throw away.

Emilio was great. Strong commitment to get the job done no matter what. I had them do two jobs. First involved 100ft+ snake and 20+ years of grease build up in a home I recently purchased. Second is running some gas plumbing through some difficult areas in the attic.Both jobs done well and for a reasonable price.

Amazing, this is the best experience I have ever had with someone coming to do any work at my house. Nestor was very professional, clean, and considerate. They are now the only plumbers I will call for all my water and gas plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, this company did a poor, poor job in ATTEMPTING to clear a clog in our kitchen sink.I had a clogged sink which has happened 2 other times in the 15 years I have lived in my home. Instead of going the a big company I checked Yelp for a plumber. After reading several reviews I chose to contact **. Emilio quoted $189 to clear the clog. We scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am. The crew did not show up until almost noon. I had to cancel WA work appointment for early afternoon. After 2 hours I was surprised that his crew had not been able to clear the clog. They advised it could not be cleared with a snake and they had to use a hydrojet. They advised that they would have to come out on Monday. I was quoted a price of $259.00 for the first hour and ** for every hour thereafter. I researched this issue over the weekend and asked some friends if anyone knew a plumber who could come and take a 2nd look at it. One did so I cancelled my appointment.The 2nd plumber was able to clear the clog in 30 minutes using a snake. This was my experience when I had a clog the other 2 times. The plumber said a hydrojet is only used in apartments or commercial buildings. After the plumber left I called and spoke to Emilio. I advised that my plumber was able to clear the clog with a snake in 30 minutes. He seemed surprised to hear that I called another plumber out. I asked why he crew could not clear the clog. He did not have an answer. I asked if his crew was it experienced enough to clear a simple clog or was he trying to rip me off. Due to our dissatisfaction, Emilio promised to come back to our home and give us half of our money back because his workers couldn't unclog something in two hours where it took another 30 minutes. He never came and cleared my check like nobody's business. We will be taking our business with our second plumber from now on and NOT from Emilio.

Awesome! These guys came in, diagnosed the issue in about 10 min and had it fixed in less than an hour. They had to cut through some drywall to get the repair and the patchwork looks amaizing. You can't even tell it was cut out. Great company!

Had a leak in the front yard. Had no idea where it was coming from. Emilio responded promptly, came out here fast, found the problem and fixed it. He was honest, and quoted me a good price and was ***HONEST*** about it... that is the most important thing!!!! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again for anything plumbing related!

Do not use for any commercial jobs! This guy gave me a super low estimate and then tried to charge me 375 dollars for a 88.75 permit. He comes to the job site without the permit and then wanted me to pay him in advance for the permit and work. Sounds like a crook to me.Update based on owner's response: I was not fined, there was a repair needed and you tried to charge me 375 dollars for an 88.75 permit. I called a real plumber as well as the city of Houston and confirmed the price of the permit. Also when getting any permitting work done I was advised by THE CITY OF HOUSTON to NEVER EVER pay for anything up front on three separate occasions. I also called 3 other actual master plumbers for estimates and not a single one wanted any kind of payment up front. Who's the crook now?

Absolutely worthless!!! These guys actually installed a drain that went uphill... Plumbers don't do that!!! What was more infuriating is that neither Emilio nor his crew could keep a schedule. For days they would tell me a time, not show up, and then quote another time when I called them (they did not call me when they were late), and then not show up at that time either. These guys are incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT HIRE THESE IDIOTS!!! Also, please note that the 22 5-star reviews to date use similar language styles and were probably written by the same people--maybe even Emilio himself. He should be ashamed to call himself a plumber!
