They came out within 2 hrs which was wonderful since it was a plumbing and AC issue. My technician was super nice and very professional. He explained everything, even the price. He was incredibly sufficient, thorough, and was an expert in his craft. He was in and out within 45 minutes! Just great service on all ends. I will definitely use Village Plumbing and Air again!

Great fast repairs at a fair price during the winter freeze

I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday afternoon expecting to make an appointment for the following week since my issues was not an emergency. A technician was at my house an hour later. He knew exactly what was causing the issue even before taking a look. My problem was resolved very quickly.

I got 4 different estimates for a water heater install and theirs was the best by far! They installed it same day and hauled the other one away. Couldn't be happier with the quality and service!

Texas Premier plumbing showed up about an hour after my call. They gave me a quote to use their hydrojet machine to unclog my sewer line and after running a camera and inspecting the line. After they cleared the line they showed us on the camera again that the line was cleared! I must say that the communication with the plumber was a key to choosing them for service. He really took the time to explain every detail and we are very happy with the service and the repair. I think I found a plumbing company for life.

I recently had my foundation lifted and with that had possible plumbing issues within my slab. I work in residential construction and my plumber(Linc Plumbing) recommended their sister company Redfin to assist. They came out the next day and were extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about all of the possible issues I could have. After the inspection, the technician gave an honest opinion on what to do moving forward. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers, Linc plumbing and Redfin plumbing are by far the best in the industry. First, let me start off by saying Lindell is so kind and polite. When I explained my water heater issue, he tried to walk me thru any possible remedies over the phone. When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. There was no up sell or fluff, straight to the point and got the job done within 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. I will absolutely use his company again!
