I was able to get a same day appointment and the technician (Valton P.) was great. It was a little more expensive than I expected but I am happy with the result.

We had a serious mould problem last year that was brought on by an abundance of humidity, and GEI Water Damage Restoration really looked after us! My experience with, Wedgeworth plumbing and TJ and Chris which are plumbers for Wedgeworth was great. TJ and Chris removed my old water heater and installed a new electric water heater with a stop flood, water cut-off sensor. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Great company and service!

Beware! They took advantage of me on a leak repair and double dipped they lied about the cost of the leak detection company and refused to allow me to book this appointment on my own instead they stated they had to book disappointment, but the only reason for this was because they wanted to inflate that price knowing I was going through an extreme hardship with the leak as high as 74,000 gallons of water in a three week period of time it was a critical emergency and I was very limited on funds. Instead of them having compassion and integrity they lied about how much the leak detection company charge just to make an extra $225! They double dipped! Horrific and would never recommend people like this that lack integrity!

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

Michah & Curtis came out to do a video inspection of our sewer system on our 1965 house. They showed up precisely on time, clearly explained the process, and allowed me to watch as they worked the camera through the system. Any questions I had were immediately and thoroughly answered, and they provided a detailed written report when they were done. Exceptional service!!

At short notice they showed up and brought a team of people to replace quite a bit of old pipe in our yard. We asked them to work around our brand new driveway and the sidewalk, and they did that so well you can hardly tell they were there. They worked quickly, and were very responsive to concerns.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

A friend of mine used One Call in Katy and was very pleased with her service, so she recommended them to me when I told her about my flooding issue. I called One Call and had a plumber set to come to my home according to my schedule. However, it was a rocky start when I called to tell One Call dispatch that I was available earlier than I thought and the gal couldn't find me on their appointment list at all. With that hiccup resolved, a plumber was dispatched to my home. This is when I started to smile! TJ arrived and calmly assured me that he would be able to assist and I needn't worry. I had a water leaking in my bathroom, but the origin of the leak wasn't apparent to me. TJ quickly found the leak and fixed it (it was actually my air conditioner leaking!)! I was extremely blessed that TJ was dispatched to my residence; he is extremely knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. I must also mention that the cost was very reasonable. I've experienced plumbers who have taken advantage and price gouged, but One Call was is different. I'm so pleased. I hope I don't need plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I'm calling One Call and requesting TJ! Thank you!
