Connor was the sweet young man assisting us with AC and I loved that he said “I’ve worked for several ac companies ma’am and this one is by far the best!” Happy employees is always a good sign. They do great work from the 6 months I’ve been using them. No complaints and would recommend.

My sewage line backed up in mid April during this insane pandemic, flooding my bathroom. The first plumbing company I called couldn’t come out that Sunday night - saying earliest they could do was Monday afternoon - which obviously was super unhelpful. I ended up calling Cooper Plumbing and Jeremiah immediately tried to help address the issue. He ended up coming out that night, recognizing it was an emergency, and went out of his way to find the equipment he needed to resolve the root of the issue. The price he quoted was also super reasonable and later he also came out to replace part of my sewage pipes. Because there was a lot of water damage he even recommended another company to come do the clean up and restoration and they also did a great job at a reasonable price.I was consistently impressed with his professionalism, but also his genuine desire to help resolve the issue. He wore a mask so did all of this safely given the COVID-19 situation, and I just was so grateful to the service he provided during this stressful time. This whole experience made me appreciate smaller businesses so much more because it was clear he takes pride in his work. Would definitely reach out again if I needed anything else plumbing related.

Neil did a great job; this is not the first time for Neil to do work for me through Nick's. As always, he was professional, gave great advice, was up front with costs, and never has he left a mess. I highly recommend Nick's.

GEI Plumbing Services was very professional. They listened us carefully and completed the job quickly and met our expectations. 2 guys who worked in our project Bogdan and Tadek were exceptional. If I need to have plumbing work done in the future I'll definitely ask for them. They are a real asset to this compnay.

We had a handle get stuck open in our tub late Saturday night. Blue Frog came on Sunday to help solve the problem. He ended up having to remove tile and did it so carefully that we were able to reuse that same tile! We appreciate the on call work of this plumber.

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Texas Quality Plumbing. Had a technician in my house within 3 days and a replacement water heater within 2 days. I can’t say how grateful I am!! With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely making Texas Quality Plumbing my service provider from now on.

After struggling with a clogged toilet line ourselves for a day, we called RotoRooter. Joseph Lazard was our assigned tech. He arrived promptly and quickly got to work to get it resolved. The work done was ok, albeit expensive. Water heater leaked and caused a break in the sheetrock. This happened on a Saturday and needed to be done expeditiously, which it was.My main complaint has to do with follow up. The person who did the installation provided me a quote for the sheetrock repair and the said the person would call me to schedule. This never happened. When I called Abacas to try to get that information they said they would have the service person call me. That never happened. I called again and was given a name of a person to repair the sheetrock and the quote was $100 more. I found my own person to repair the sheetrock for less that the original quote.Since the cost of the repair was so high I paid half and finance the rest. I promptly received a copy of the loan documents. After a month I had not received any information regarding how to pay the balance so I again called Abacas. Their finance person said I would receive documents in the mail the next month. After that month went by I called Abacas again and they transferred me to the voicemail of the finance person and said they would call me right back after I leave a voicemail. That didn't happen. The next day I called Abacas again and was given the number for Service Finance Company. Initially this was a loop of press buttons that got me nowhere. I eventually found a button that allowed me to talk to a person. This was a hugely frustrating call. The person talked incessantly and over me saying things I already knew not allowing me to ask questions. She kept saying repeatedly that the mailed me, emailed me and phoned me. I received no mail, no email and no voice mail on my phone. Finally, after adamantly expressing my frustration I was able to ask pointed questions to get to the bottom of the situation. It turns out the repairman put the wrong address on the loan document. This explains why I didn't get the mail. No clue why I didn't receive the email or phone call.Ultimately after numerous phone calls without success I was able to get the necessary information to pay the bill. Never have I had such a frustrating ordeal just to pay a bill.
