Best Leak Detection Service in Houston TX

We confirmed with Village Plumbing & Air to have a plumber out to our house 3 different times today, as we had an urgent issue that needs resolving asap. At first, we spoke to Karen. She was very pleasant and accommodating. However, throughout the multiple phone calls with the main office and dispatch there was a breakdown in communication and no one showed up. Frankie, with dispatch, seemed unaware we were even on the schedule for today. Then, after confirming multiple times someone would be here today, he finally tells us the actual truth in which a plumber will not be available until tomorrow. Why could Frankie not give us this information earlier? I understand job times are estimated, but a good dispatcher communicates that to the customer. VERY frustrating. How are there so many positive reviews for this company? Obviously communication is a weakness within the company. Call another company!

Cooper Plumbing came out yesterday on 6/1/12 to fix a leaking pipe outside. Even though it was 5pm he arrived early and got it fixed asap. Very professional and will be calling them in the future for all plumbing needs.

My service technician was excellent. Mr. Salazar was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was going to do. All possible actions and the cost.

I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

Ben J. was very efficient and worked to give me a good price for his services. I called him out because we thought we had a leak (2 months of high water bills), and coincidentally that morning the fixture to the shower broke and we had to turn off the water to the house to stop it running. Ben replaced the cartridge to get the shower fixture back in order so we could turn the water back on and troubleshoot the leak. After checking a couple of the usual suspects quickly, he asked if we had a water filtration system, which we do. We have an RO system in the kitchen which we tried to sanitize after the freeze and haven't figured out how to connect it back together and get it operational again. But it turns out that even though water was not flowing from the RO faucet, it had been flowing this whole time down the drain tube. I had no idea! Ben was able to identify this quickly and save me from a large bill. He only charged me for replacing the shower fixture and threw in the leak detection for free. Good expertise and with an interest in not price gouging his clients. Thank you, Ben!

He even took the time to advise my husband on what fitting to buy for our new fridge when the delivery drivers showed up with one that didn't fit. We are very happy with the work he did on our house and will call All Around Plumbing if we need more work done in the future.Came back to update this: we had a clog in our main sewer line after hours rendering our plumbing unusable and Lindell came out within the hour to fix it. He took the time to explain things and was very kind about having to come out after hours.
