Remi from Village Plumbing was incredible. He completed a difficult plumbing repair, fixing a leak to my old galvanized piping leading to my water heater. He completed the job efficiently and avoided more costly repairs. He even was thorough enough to make sure all my lines were flushed before we placed the faucet filters back on. I highly recommend him and the company.

We first hired a drain inspector (Michael Busch) to diagnose our issue with the new house we bought. I took the inspector's proposal and found Loren's Halo Plumbing services. Loren was very professional. He drafted a bid for a reroute and some new clean-outs. It wasn't cheap because our job was a ton of work and required a decent amount of hardware, but despite that Loren's quote was fair. Loren's team was incredibly hard working. The lead worker who my wife and I would speak with was nice and respectful, keeping us updated as the job progressed. In an attempt to finish the job sooner, the last day there were several workers here well past sunset! We were very thankful for the back breaking work they did for us.It's been one year since Loren installed the reroute and clean-outs. The new drainage works great and the clean-outs have been useful already. I nearly called Loren this week for some plumbing issue that I had that fortunately has since been resolved. After being reminded of Loren, I decided to write this review because it must speak to Loren's professionalism and quality work if I felt like I could rely on Halo Plumbing Services again a year later.

Great price, reliable service!

I had a poor experience using this business to fix my hot water heater in July and August 2022.We have a fairly new and common Noritz tankless hot water heater which stopped working in mid-July.I went with the fix proposed by them, spent over $1,000 doing so. They have been out 5 times since(hot water has been intermittently on and off since then), a few different technicians- and no one has been able to figure out why their repair can't fix the problem.The office manager at TQP also has been hard to get a hold of and doesn't always return calls.Finally I called another company this week.Their technician figured out the problem within an hour or so - it was a faulty valve not the sensor they replaced. Furthermore, the other company arranged to get my parts replaced under the warranty, which TQP didn't tell me was at least an option. I will not be using them again.

Nathan and Jason were incredibly professional, so polite and very thorough. They replaced our pipes and faucets expertly and were very meticulous. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company ever. I’m so grateful how quickly they came to fix our problems after the iconic winter storm in Texas. I totally recommend them and am so grateful to them!

While having to get your main plumbing line unplugged is never a fun experience, I will admit that Roto Rooter certainly helped ease the pain. They were very professional from the first call through the completed repair. The Call center was efficient and gave me a reasonable window for the tech to arrive. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived when he committed to. He was very pleasant and explained everything. After we found out how bad the main line was damaged by the roots of our large oak, he setup the repair for the very next day. He organized everything and was reasonable on the price. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs Plugged line help.. btw all this was on a Saturday and Sunday.. no extra fees.

Ben and his crew from Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job re-piping our sewer drain lines and replacing our interior galvanized pipes with PEX. Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. The interior crew was very clean and professional and protected our flooring at all times. Each call, text, and question was answered in a polite and prompt way. We highly recommend this company.

Master Lindell Francis is a master indeed. He showed up, asked a few questions and straight on he already knew what to do... In the shortest time possible he already fixed the leakage situation in my house and we are glad with his work. Very professional, very efficient and very skilled!

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.
