Travis and his team did a great job changing the design of our circulation line system. I previously had a system that used a valve to allow for use of the cold water line to circulate hot water to the master bathroom. Travis redesigned the system to have a dedicated line for the circulation of the hot water system. This is a much more reliable system. They were professional and performed good work the right way with consideration for future servicing. I highly recommend these folks.

I called the service tech to see why downstairs AC was not cooling properly. Tech came and told me my morot went bad and need to be replaced along with circuit board. At the time I was out of town. Wife and kids were at home; without AC, it was tough. So I asked him for estimate and he told be $5300 just to replace the motor and the circuit board. Asked him to see if he can provide any other options; he gave me no options and told me I had to replaced the motor. Questioned why it will be $5300; teach (Chris) said because it is ECM motor and had to get it from Trane and there is only one available which he could get if I agree. So, out of desperation I agreed and paid the money. Later found out he actually could have given me the option to replace the unit which I would have gone for since I would have gotten brand new system with at-least 10 years warranty. Later I tried to talk to their office to express my bad experience; office did not do anything or contact me. So, I will advise everyone to be very careful doing business with this company. I find them unethical and a ripoff company.

Main Drain was backed up, Advance sent a tech within a couple of hours. GEI Plumbing Services of Houston did a great job explaining everything and clearing the issue.

We hired BlueFrog to replace three hot water heaters in October. Two were in main attic and the third was in a small attic area with limited access opening. Randy and his crew were very professional and finished this huge job in one day. Had gotten multiple bids, and BlueFrog's pricing and availability were best. Extremely happy with results. Would definitely recommend BlueFrog!

I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

Texas Plumbers are a very professionally run workers. They were on time and cleaned up the mess perfectly.

The price was high, and I felt they used scare tactics to convince you to replace instead of repair, but since I just wanted to have hot water and get back to my routine with minimal effort, I agreed to replace my water heater. $2,600 and a couple hours later, I could enjoy hot water and the peace of mind I have a new unit. The techs were polite and efficient. It's the value that is questionable, but if you have the money and want a quick and reliable fix, sure.

My heating system failed at the start of the freeze this year. Abacus came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had the part in the warehouse and sent another technician to install the next day. Works great now.

All of the above. Micah and Curtis came to our house and had our issue fixed in one hour. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. We've been using David Hicks Plumbing for roughly the past five years. They've always done excellent work at a reasonable price. They're not the biggest company, so it can occasionally be hard to get them out on a moment's notice -- but they'll do their best to get you on the day's schedule in an emergency. We've used them for leaking pipes in the attic (which was today's service), garbage disposal installations, new sink faucets, outdoor faucets, and more. We've always been satisfied. Many of our previous service calls were handled by Niles (he's great). Today, we had Ian and Eric. They did a great job and were as friendly and knowledgeable as can be.

Called them to try and get my sink fixed and they were not willing to help me. They said they aren't taking on anymore customers. Will not go back to them again.
