Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

On time and excellant service, what was promised was delivered. Will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Had an AC coil bow-out. Technician (Tyler) did a great job of diagnosing the problem and giving me options to fix. Due to severity of issue, they had to return the next day(at my request). Liked service so much i am going to have them return to quote electrical panel overhaul
