Easy to schedule and received text mag to confirm tech en route. Took some time to get an estimate after reviewing my concerns. I was impressed with tech's honesty regarding clogged shower and tub drains and that due to design defect, he could not guaranty repair would not leave damage to coverings. A little more than I expected but they were quick to schedule and professional.

Additionally, the notifications and security of Nicks is just INCREDIBLE!!! I was notified by email, phone call and text..both prior to my appointment and the day of. I received a picture of the plumber with a synopsis of his professional experience via text prior to his arrival.I didn’t know companies like this still existed!!! THEY DO.. I literally texted my entire immediate family and many of my friends to sing Nick’s praises and tell them to make this their go-to plumber.By the way..my plumbing issue was expertly and quickly resolved for a fair price.YAY NICK’S!!!!!

I have been using Wedgeworth for years - before it was sold to the current owner. They came out for an ice machine install and they were able to do everything I wanted including a filter install which I really appreciated. My only issue is the receipt did not have a good breakdown of the costs. Just one big number. All in all, i received good polite service. The invoice breakdown would be the extra information that would be helpful for my records. I would highly recommend Wedgeworth for whatever plumbing needs you have!

Since early 2021 when I renovated the house - during Covid - workmen evidently tossed used wipes, towels, etc., down an upper level toilet. I've had repeated problems with sewer lines not flowing freely. Previous plumber must have just moved the impaction down the line but Halo persisted until, via cameras, they were able to clear the lines completely. Grateful especially to Jair and Chris. Not sure about the actual service, but the free estimate seems like a predatory tactic for trapping customers, getting people to make appointment with misleading information about service fee and not disclosing the expensive service/diagnostic fee until the day of the appointment.I made an appointment for eletrician when I was told there is usually no service fee for visits. However, when I called the night before the appointment to check on something, I was finally informed of the $199 for diagnostic fee. And their explanation was that they would have eventually called me the day of the appointment to tell me about the fee. By this point, it was going to be difficult to find another company last minute, but I still cancelled.I'm not sure if I was an exception, but they should really be more transparent about service/diagnostic fee from the beginning.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
