After having another plumbing company check out my toilet leaking at the wax seal and receiving an exorbitant estimate to replace flange and install a cleanout, I called In The Loop and spoke to Angela. She arranged for Wes to come out the next day which was awesome. He arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window after a call to let me know he was on his way. He was able to weld on the replacement flange and access the clogged line and clean it out all the way to the sewer main at a much lower price based on the time he actually worked, not some predetermined book price or an added travel charge. He works efficiently and is very cost conscious so as to only charge for what I needed. I was so impressed that he's coming back in January to re-pipe my house with pex. Just like another reviewer, I received a thank you card and I just received a Christmas card, too. I honestly thought small businesses like this had disappeared. So happy to find an honest plumber I can recommend.

Wes was on time and completed the job at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Definitely get on the schedule if you need plumbing help!

In the Loop Plumbing was super easy to call and schedule a time to come out. Wes arrived at the time he told me and was quick to diagnose the issue with our water heater. I also had him take a look at a toilet and his assistant fixed it for me on the spot. Easily the best service I’ve experienced with home related repairs!!! I was cleaning my sink stoppers and broke the nut that holds the faucet stopper in place. I went to the U-Plumb-It on Montrose and decided to replace my plunger type sink stoppers with pop-up stoppers. So I purchased the two kits for my two master bath sinks. The guy at U-Plumb-It gave me a card for In The Loop Plumbing Services and said he would do small jobs at fair prices. So I contacted In The Loop and scheduled them to come out. They came out quickly - either the next day or the day after that. Wes was very professional and capable. He is a master plumber and has been for many years. He did not object to me already purchasing the parts and having him install them; some plumbers wouldn't accept this arrangement. Wes also had an apprentice with him, who he is training. I really respect it when experienced professionals mentor someone young who is learning a trade or profession. The work was done quickly and the price was fair, and I had no problems after they left. I can't ask for more than that, will use Wes for future plumbing jobs, and recommend him to others.

My sister recommended Wes and In The Loop Plumbing to me, and I could not have been more delighted. Wes is incredibly punctual, affable, engaging and really went the distance to get a leaking faucet fixed that I needed addressed as well as a major drainage in another bathroom. His prices are very fair, and I could not have been more pleased. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues again in the near future, but if I do, there is no one else I would consider calling besides In The Loop Plumbing Services and Wes.

An excellent company. The plumber is the owner of the company and is the most honest plumber I have ever met. He tells you exactly what he is doing, and takes great pride in his work. When installing a disposal, he removed the old mounting assembly, scraped the old putty from the base, and reinstalled it just so the letters would be centered! Most people would have just left the old assembly on and snapped the new disposer into it. He also noticed a drain line issue for my dishwasher line and quickly fixed the problem without me even noticing. After that he taught me how to adjust my water heater and did that for me as well. He did both of these things for no extra cost. Unbelievable service and caring during this time and age. He even said he’s sending me a thank you note!! He also is very friendly and will talk to you about his life and experiences. Great guy and company :)

Wes came and gave me a quote for replacing a tankless water heater in an unusual installation situation. He researched the most efficient, highest quality unit for my situation, told me exactly what was needed to repipe the natural gas to the unit and gave me a great price for the work. He and his helper came in two days later, installed the unit quickly and neatly (felt bad for them having to be in the attic to repipe the gas on a hot summer day though) and now I am back up and running. He even called the next day to review the operation of the unit with me and make sure I had no questions. I will use him again if needed and heartily recommend him to you.

Wes and victor were great. Took their time to troubleshoot and figure out what the issue with my water heater was and fixed the issue. Oh and did I mention saved me some money while doing so. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward!!

We decided to put a washer and dryer in an area it wasn't designed to go in. Wes came in gave an estimate. We had to change the scope of work but he gave us a very reasonable update on the estimate. Once the green light was given, it only took We one day to complete. He came back after inspection to put a few things back in the cabinet. Thanks for the excellent work!!

Spoke with Angela , she was helpful, sweet, honest but above all considerate and listened to our plumbing problem, though was not an ER situation made time to get our plumbing fixed same day! For about a week our toilet would not stop running. Turns out it was a simple flapper replacement. Wes fix it quickly and he was very respectful and kept me informed of everything he was doing and why. I can see why the company is called In The Loop. Definitely will continue to use them for years to come.

Had Wes come out to install a water softener loop to my house. I was pretty particular on the routing and he was able to do it with no problem. Would definitely use him again for other pluming issues.
