This company has to be one of thee BEST on google . I was in the middle of a serious emergency and my whole basement flooded. I reached out on here and the response was IMMEDIATE. They came to my home and I still don’t understand how he knew exactly what the problem was with such a quick observation, but he was on point. Said he would be back at 7am and he was here ready to work. The diligence and work ethic was something to see and I was so pleased with this company. Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
