I could not be happier! As a desperate new customer, picking a plumber off the internet. I was not expecting much....but I was very happily surprised! the level of customer service from the office staff (Denise) and the professional knowledge snd expertise of the journeyman plumber sent to my house (Damondrick) could not have impressed me more! As the owners of an old tricky house, and renovators of several others, we know great plumbers are nearly impossible to find... so we are thrilled to find and recommend a company we can trust! The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to 'maybe' come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I can't recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

Overall, I was ok with the installation. Although the person installing was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable, there was one thing done wrong that, had I not noticed it and asked them to change it, would have been a major issue. The unit was positioned right up next to my furnace, not allowing room to change the filter, which has to be done every 6 months. This would have required a total re-install of the system, but luckily I went up into the attic to check when the team left for lunch.Also, my outside water hose was disconnected without mentioning it to me. It looks like it may have been removed with pliers because I can tell the metal is scarred. Now I cannot get it to properly seal and I will have to buy a new water hose. Nothing was mentioned to me before the installers left about this, so I did not know they had even disconnected the water hose until I tried to use it.The unit is working well so far. Thanks...M
