I called Blue Frog West Houston and they were here in about three hours. They installed a kitchen sink drain and facet. We have not had water downstairs since Harvey and in about half an hour, we are in good shape. It was not inexpensive, however, it was half of what I was quoted by another plumber the same day.I guess it is value: quality work done professionally, and on my schedule. Worth every penny.

Totally awesome. Our experiences with them for the past couple of months has been fantastic.. Our Company has been using them to get some plumbing issues corrected. Not only does the owner of this Company have a high level of integrity, but so do his men. They are honest and they know what they are doing and do it well. I dealt with James today and he not only got our drains opened up that we knew about, but he also opened one that we didn't know about!!! Reasonably priced and quick to get here. I called Texas Plumbing Wednesday afternoon with a gas leak. They came over right away. They worked until they found the leak, dug up my yard, pulled up concrete in one piece without destroying it. Replaced what needed to be replaced and put the yard back together (including the concrete). While they were there I had them fix a water leak inside the house.I am very satisfied in the work, the way they left my yard/cleanup, how quick they got to my home and their professionalism.

They were the only company we contacted that was so willing to help us at such short notice when our faucet was leaking. I recommend them 100% and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent - will be using them again. Just moved into area, called them this morning as I saw they had outstanding reviews. Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.
