We had an emergency plumbing issue at my business, where our restroom pipes where clogged and no toilets would flush and were leaking on the bathroom floor. I called Nicks Plumbing& Sewer Service and the office staff was very friendly and said they would have someone out within a hour and a half to three hours. I received a call 30 minutes later and Steve and Daniel showed up 45 minutes after i called them. They were very professional and had the issue fixed quickly at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future for plumbing needs and issues.

GEI Plumbing Services tech came to fix my broken faucet and leak. He explained everything he had to do. I like that the company kept in touch with me as far as him being able to come earlier and letting me know he was on his way. He did a great job in a timely manner, was professional, and cleaned up behind himself. I would totally recommend using him or Schuler plumbers.

I am happy to say that bluefrog Plumbing kept me updated on the details of my appointment. I received text messages/calls to let me know when the plumber would be at my house so I didn't sit around and waste time waiting for someone to arrive. When he did arrive, it was a matter of minutes for him to determine the source of the problem. The leak was found and repaired in less than an hour.

Had a great experience with our plumber technician Mario Moreno. He was very detailed with explaining all findings and how it can affect us in the long run. We had him come out to a home we are in the process of purchasing, the home Is from 1946 In Baytown. Being that home is older we knew we had to get a professional out there for further inspection aside from our general home inspector. Scheduling was made easy and they have all the equipment needed to make a good plumbing inspection. Mario did not rush through the process and showed me everything along the way. I will continue to use this plumbing company for many years to come.

Hot Water Guys are the go to company when looking for a tankless water heater installation. Great service, professional team, quick, clean and quality work.

Brad and his son, Josh, came out when they said they would and treated my property with great respect and care. They had to trench to replace a 60-year old sewer drain. They had to tunnel under a 7' section of patio and insisted on trying that rather than breaking up the patio. They used cardboard down the full length of the trench to ensure that the dirt did not make mud all over the yard and that all the dirt went back in the hole. When all was said and done, my kitchen sink drained and my yard has a small scar that will heal quickly. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was half what a big company quoted for the same job.

The actual service and professionalism of Mission AC was good. We had our HVAC unit replaced and signed up for 1 year of HVAC tune-up. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.However, the reason I'm leaving a 2-star review is for their business practice. It's been a year since we first signed up for their annual tune-up plan, which VERY clearly states it is for 1 year only (I have a copy of the invoice that I am staring at right now). They emailed me to say they would now automatically charge me again for the next year unless I say otherwise.That is horribly dishonest! I called and complained and they said that is why they sent an email to warn me so I can cancel if necessary. The default should NEVER be to charge someone without their approval, regardless of the reason. If I missed the email and they actually charged me, I definitely would have taken this to the BBB.As much as I respected the work of the technicians, the relatively high prices and shady business practices mean I will stay away from Mission AC and tell all my acquaintances and coworkers to stay away as well unless they change this tactic.
