Can't express my satisfaction in dealing with cooper plumbing. I knew things would be taken care of just because of my previous use of Cooper plumbing services. Jeremiah is always on top of providing the best service in a professional manner. Can't say enuff of Efrain,who ran the job on site. I called Nick’s Plumbing about a leaking faucet in my kitchen and they had a plumber at my house in about two hours. He repaired the problem very professionally and at a reasonable price.

Couldn't have asked for a more courteous and competent professional. Frank came to take care of a drainage problem in the main line of our home that was causing backflow in the basement. Frank got the job done efficiently (quickly and with no mess) and gave us helpful maintenance advice. We paid what he quoted. Would definitely recommend him to friends & family.

Rex was very polite and professional during both appointments. His first visit he completed plumbing work in both my bathrooms. He did an awesome job! His second visit two weeks later he installed a new hotwater heater. Again he was very polite and professional. He was mindful of his time and finished both jobs in a very reasonable time frame. I will call Wedgeworth Plumbing and ask for Rex the next time I need a plumber.

I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

Nathan and Jason were incredibly professional, so polite and very thorough. They replaced our pipes and faucets expertly and were very meticulous. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. Very professional! I had a clogged toilet and a clogged shower that 2 other plumbers couldn’t fix . I called Texas Premier plumbing and they Took the time to explain to me what was happening and fixed the problem and had the bathroom up and running at no time . I will definitely call them if I ever need a plumber again.

The technician/plumber came by to determine what was needed to to clean out a clogged drain for our washing machine. He gave what I think was a fair price to run the snake in our line to try and unclog it. We determined a date and time for the service which was accomplished to my satisfaction. As I have come to expect Eddie is a very good hard working plumber and so far our washing machine is draining better than it has in years. We have found a plumbing company (Redfin) that I would be more than happy to recommend to my friends.
