Responsive, and kept me up to date on arrival time. Email in advance with picture of plumber was helpful. They were courteous, clean, and spent time explaining what was done in layman's terms. Although the price of these repairs is always more than I would want, they made me comfortable with the quality of the work and guaranteed it which made me feel like I got good value for the cost.

Contacted Tuesday night, set up appointment for Thursday morning between 8 & 10. Showed up just at 8, repair was done in 45 minutes. Good value. Could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of everyone I dealt with. KUDOS to Austin Cooper, Chase & Jeremiah. The prompt response to texts, being on time, repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time. You can't go wrong with this team...thank you.

Based on the terrific reviews, I contacted Nick's Plumbing for a non-urgent matter. The communication from the office was excellent. The techs showed up in the appointed time-frame, diagnosed the problem I called about, suggested a routine maintenance for my tankless water heater, and made an adjustment on the water heater which has made a lovely improvement in hot water delivery. I will call Nick's Plumbing for my future needs, which I hope will be few, and I am certain there will be some...

So, they came within 24 hours. They did repair the pipe. It appeared to be a simple showerhead fix. The PVC broke off behind the wall directly behind the shower head.They cut a hole in the sheet rock. Assessed. Told me the charge. I approved.The plumber (super nice guy) worked on it from 5:15p-8:45p. Leaving twice for parts. Was notified at 8:45 the job had to be completed tomorrow due to needing more parts and Home Depot was closed. (I live approx 25min from the nearest home depot). Morning ETA time was 9 or 10a.At 11:09a, plumber returned worked on it from 11:09a-about 1:45p. At some point he had broken the pvc pipe further down the wall and had to replace that as well.When he left, I noticed glue and purple primer on my shower shelf. When they called for payment, I let them know of the issue and was told to use rubbing alcohol to get it off. Having worked with this stuff before, I doubted it would work. It took off the glue and began to soften the outer layer of my shower shell, which then started crumble off. The purple stuff is still there...in my all white shower. THAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO KEEP CLEAN AND WHITE.I have contemplated letting this go for a while now and have decided to be a Karen and file a complaint. I would add pictures, but there is nowhere to add them.Again, the pipe did get fixed, and the guy was a sweet man. But the shower shell looks like a construction site now. ?

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!)
