Called today and serviced leak outside. Always get great service from Village Plumbing and Air. Their a quality company with highly trained staff.

Service was fast showed up within an hour. Great customer service! Austin the service tech was very polite and thorough. I will use them again and would recommend them. Price is reasonable. Note most plumbing jobs are kinda expensive especially a leaking interior pipe!

I usually shy away from larger companies due to cost and fear of being sold more than needed but decided to give Nick's Plumbing a shot based on the great reviews. These guys have a smooth operation and fair price. If you're looking for reliable and professional level of service I wouldn't look further. Will be calling again when the need arises!

I had two other companies come to our home and we were told we had to replace the valve for the faucet, which would involve removing tile. Rex came and was confident and replaced our cartridge and fixed the shower for half the cost of replacing a valve. I highly recommend this company.

However I am 82 years old and just don't bend, squat and move like I used to. The toilet flow control valve needed replacing as it was leaking. They replaced it and performed a free inspection of our plumbing.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!
