January, ‘23- Nathan was delightful! My husband was coming home from the hospital and I needed help right away with a Shower handle problem. He was able to fix it so I could use it immediately and even cleaned the aireator washer in a bath faucet while only charging for the trip charge while taking the time to contact several suppliers who had currant materials for future reference to replace my shower fixture when I would have more time to address the problem. He was very helpful, tidy and professional and I would definitely call him again when needed!

This was my first time to use Nick's Plumbing. They were prompt and also sent a text notification before arriving that the technician was on his way and the technician's name.Technician John came out to my place to check a leak at my house. He was very professional and did a thorough check. He gave me honest feedback and recommendations without recommending unneeded services. I would use Nick's Plumbing again in the future!

It was Saturday morning when I called GEI Plumbing Services to fix my shower leak. The plumber came on time and he quickly & yet efficiently, resolved my problem. I'd had an exterior faucet and intake pipe and valve on my studio workshop had been damaged and had to be replaced. TJ and his associate were wonderful! I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and that they took the time to explain what they needed to do before they started. While they did have to turn off the water to my house, they first installed a new shutoff valve to my studio building and had the water to my house back on faster than I'd expected! Instead of removing my siding, they removed my interior pedestal sink to access the area very carefully cutting out the sections of drywall. When they were done I was able to set the pieces back in tape and float the area with minimal work. Once it was dry they bolted and caulked my sink in place and cleaned everything up inside as well as insulated and taped the exterior pipes. I was also extremely impressed with their attention to detail as well as how personable they were, answering any questions I had. I would not hesitate to call on Wedgeworth again for any plumbing needs or to recommend them to anyone looking for a top company to take care of any plumbing issues at a great price!

Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Will be using them for any issue with plumbing. :)

Engaged them through Home Serve program with Centerpoint Energy to repair a leak in my incoming water line. The tech (Jose) was professional, thorough and clearly competent. He was on time, explained the issues and the suggested repair. But the thing that stuck me more than anything is how he was able to dig a 5 foot by 3 foot hole, make the repair, backfill it and leave the site looking almost as if nothing had happened. And he did all that without getting mud all over himself! Because I did not pay directly for the service, I can't comment on the price but I will certainly contact them for any non-covered repair I need in the future.

Technicians sent weren't very knowledgeable to my water heater situation

Jose and Blake came out to repair our water heater. They had very good communication throughout. They were punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend and use again.

Ben and his crew from Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job re-piping our sewer drain lines and replacing our interior galvanized pipes with PEX. Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. The interior crew was very clean and professional and protected our flooring at all times. Each call, text, and question was answered in a polite and prompt way. We highly recommend this company.

Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?
