We were repairing our property that we had been leasing to put it on the market! We had used Village before and decided to use them again!The first thing we had done was to replace the water heater in the attic! The only access. Was through a door in the ceiling! The area was too small for a pull down ladder! Installation was fine, however, they completely destroyed the opening to the attic and made no offer to repair it!While we were having the attic opening repaired the AC tech went in the attic and stepped through the Sheetrock! Again, they took no responsibility and walked away laughing about it!Next, the drain line on the air handler in the attic was plugged and they were replacing that! After they removed the plugged line they attached a hose and ran it to the upstairs bathroom! The next thing we know water is raining down in the kitchen and the ceiling falls down! They tried to blame this on the seal in the bathtub! Seriously doubt this, too much water to be coming through a seal! Then said they could replace the seal for $100! No offer to help on the repair of the ceiling they brought down!While having the AC serviced they cleaned the outside unit and replaced the capacitor and assured me it was working and cooling properly! The unit was checked later by another tech, not Village, and he said the unit needed additional work and the insulation around the return line was falling apart and should be replaced!I spent over $2000 with these people and an additional $1000 repairing the damage they left behind and additional work they left undone!

Jeremiah and subsequently Daniel and Don did an excellent job. I was able able to schedule an appointment for the next day, the men came on time and were extremely courteous and did honest work. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skill. I will certainly use them again.

We had an unexplained slow dripping leak. Ethan Coker was our technician and he was thorough in his troubleshooting and eliminating possible sources of the problem before having to put a hole in the sheetrock to discover the problem. Once that was done he was able to efficiently and without a lot of mess drain the ceiling of BUCKETS of water before repairing a copper pipe. He was very professional answering a slew of questions without frustration, he performed the repair with care, and he cleaned up (YAY!!!) after he was done. They came quickly at the end of the day even though we didn't know it was actually an emergency. Overall a great experience.

Had to replace the drain pipe and trap because the old pipe had cracked & corroded and was leaking. Called on a Sunday morning and Jacob was onsite within a couple of hours. He was polite and knowledgeable, kept us updated on progress, and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up afterwards as well. He was also able to answer our questions on some upcoming projects to provide us with a timeline and budget, which will be helpful. Would not hesitate to call them again.
