We needed the job done in a rush, Gei plumbing was able to re-arrange and fit our job in promptly. The staff that came were friendly and professional, even though they are not responsible for putting back dry walls after the work, they made every effort to minimize the damage they have to cut through, so repair later for us would be easier. Job was completed well and on time, and left the area clean and presentable.

CJ was able to clear my main sewer line after other companies failed and gave estimates for repair projects in the thousands. Bluefrog saved me time and money. They will be my go to if I have any other plumbing issues.

I love this company!Loren responded to our phone call immediately, was able to come out the next morning (for a minor problem), came on time, and was super knowledgeable about his work!Our hot water heater pipe was rusted. He came in and was able to fix the problem super quickly. He also flushed our hot water heater for us. He was honest, gave us great tips on how to keep our system working well, and made sure we understood what was wrong.Great price. Will definitely be using Loren again next time we need a plumber!

All I can say is Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston is now my go to plumber!!!!!! They are Fabulous!!!!! I had them replace a toilet in my home and I was blown away by how professional and experienced they were!!!! They not only did a great job , they were on time and very neat. This review is in reference to the service my mom received from Rodolfo R (#90) and David. After several different plumbers from Texas Quality came out for the same issue, we were pretty much over their service because the problem was not being resolved. Rodolfo and David came and went above and beyond to help us with thorough information and a solution for our leak issue as we work to get it completely repaired. Rosa who set up our appointment was very helpful. We give you three five stars for your service!

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

I could not be happier with the workmanship.
The plumber that was sent to my home was clean-cut, articulate, and completely professional.. Having said all that, expect a quote that is at least 50% higher than other bids.

My refrigerator ice-water dispenser was not flowing, but generating a trickle. An appliance repairman tried several fixes, but none worked, but on a hunch asked that we get a plumber to check out the incoming line. Redfin came and disconnected the line at the fridge and at the inlet fixture at the wall, and discovered that the installers had left a piece of plastic in the line that was restricting the flow. PROBLEM SOLVED! FAST, LOW-COST, EASY. The team that arrived went to work immediately. I am very pleased.I have used RedFin on a different house, in that case repairing a damaged sprinkler fixture that was ruined during the Big Freeze in Houston. They not only replaced the broken pipes, but also added a new valve that will let us turn off the water in a better location, next time, and hopefully avoid broken pipes in a Future Freeze. PROBLEM SOLVED; PROBLEM AVOIDED.Separately, a Redfin plumber replaced failed parts in a toilet after first making sure all other parts were performing as they should. Problem solved.

I'm extremely happy that Lindell from All Around was able to come out today. I recently came across the issue of my kitchen sink drainage clogged, and had a bit of a ongoing issue with the bathroom sink drain in the master bedroom as well. Lindell came out and was able to take care of both of them. He was nice and extremely professional! I would recommend everybody give them a call for your plumbing jobs!

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>
