Was good. Seemed to check everything thoroughly.

I called these guys and they were able to come out on the same day. The guy that came (Scott) was very polite, professional and knowledgable. I liked the way I received text updates about the appointment being scheduled, plumber being on the way, etc. I would recommend. (Yes, plumbers are pricey but any significant work will be)

Our AC died over the weekend. I contacted GEI Plumbing Services tech early Monday morning. He was at our house by 9am. Tried several fixes and we thought the AC unit was dead but he pulled off a miracle on the third try and saved the day! Repaired and cooling again by 10am. Amazing!

James is a nice guy who is professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the work on schedule to a high level of satisfaction. Moreover, when the job required less work than what was originally planned, the price was reduced concomitantly with the reduced scope of work without any prompting on my part. Every time I have used Wedgeworth plumbers, I have had a similar experience. They exhibit excellent customer service, and I will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

Had an emergency with our master toilet leaking causing some water damage in our kitchen yesterday morning. My husband called them and they were able to come out almost within the hour! I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Had a tankless water heater installed. They are very knowledgeable and highly professional in their work - right from providing the estimates to completing the work. The good thing is that they do not try to up-sell. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in the estimated time. Highly recommend them.
