I called one day and was able to get next day service. I received a courtesy call to let me know the technician was in route. Picture identification was sent via text before the technician arrived. He was professional and courteous. The service I needed was explained to me. He answered all my questions. The job was completed and there was nothing for me to clean afterwards. I will call them for future needs.

We had an emergency repair on a toilet supply line which broke off at the wall leaving us with the water shutoff. This occurred right after the freeze and finding a plumber near impossible. We are elderly and Cooper got a plumber out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. I will be using them again.

My tech from GEI Plumbing Services came out to do routine maintenance on our Carrier Infinity Series heat pump/ac system. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. He suggested the installation of a surge protector to prevent possible damage to expensive components. Definitely seemed like wise advice. I thanked him and had him make the install. We had an unfortunate toilet overflow. Felipe and James came out straight away after 10pm to get the clean up started with initial mitigation including putting out dehumidifiers and spraying material to kill germs and the smell. Next day they were there promptly to remove floors and drywall and lay out fans. Everything was done professionally and extremely well with solid communication throughout. Daily moisture checks until everything was dry and fans could be removed. Nice little touches throughout like noticing a leak from our water connections and getting a bucket in place to keep things dry. 10/10 would use again.

Really appreciated his help with this process and will definitely recommend and call again for future issues.

When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. There was no up sell or fluff, straight to the point and got the job done within 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. I will absolutely use his company again!

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.
