I love that I get a call beforehand to confirm they are coming and a text with a photograph and name of the person who will be doing the repair. Their employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. They do great work.

They responded very quickly to an inquiry on Yelp and had prompt availability for a plumber to come out. We had a dripping bathroom faucet; the plumber was on time, pleasant, went out to the store to purchase the part needed to repair, and returned same day to complete. Was charged $300 which seems steep but overall had a good experience and would use them again.

This is my third time calling Nick's plumbing in as many years. I was very happy with Gilbert and his work replacing my toilet and repairing my sink. I doubt Nicks is the cheapest plumber in town, but they have excellent communication, transparent pricing, and professional service that I appreciate. It's worth my money and I will use them again in the future.

We had water leaked from behind drywall on Friday, and chose this company since they were the first of those we called that can send someone right away. Guy (the plumber's name) showed up, diagnosed the issue as pipe clogging and said the job needs two people so he would come back on Sunday. He then collected money in advance (we think to prevent us from hiring someone else). On Sunday he showed up more than an hour late with only himself. Did part of the job, showed us the issue that can't be fixed without more work, and wanted us to commit to larger work that he couldn't give any estimate for. After we pressed more for estimate and mentioned we're having second thought since his behavior so far hadn't impressed us (said needs two people then showed up late alone, collected money up front before work started), he became agitated and raised voice with my wife in our own home. We told him to leave. He packed his things and left without professionally finished the work - No final testing of the unclogging as earlier agreed, and left the 2 caps of our drainage pipe unscrewed.

Extremely professional, honest, quick and friendly! I’d highly recommend.

Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. At 9 pm I made an appointment for a plugged drain line by computer for the next day and within 20 minutes they replied back by e-mail giving me a 4 hour window and stated I would be notified approximately 30 minutes before the tech would arrive. The next day I received a call notifying me a tech would soon be there, and he was!Sebastian Rodriquez immediately surveyed the problem and began work immediately. He was courteous, professional and worked diligently to get the drain unplugged. The drain is now open and clear and Sebastian gave me some tips to help alleviate any future problems.On top of this, they warranty their work for six months. There was a coupon on their website that saved me $40 on the service call as well.I couldn't have hoped for much better service than this.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. Ben J. was very efficient and worked to give me a good price for his services. I called him out because we thought we had a leak (2 months of high water bills), and coincidentally that morning the fixture to the shower broke and we had to turn off the water to the house to stop it running. Ben replaced the cartridge to get the shower fixture back in order so we could turn the water back on and troubleshoot the leak. After checking a couple of the usual suspects quickly, he asked if we had a water filtration system, which we do. We have an RO system in the kitchen which we tried to sanitize after the freeze and haven't figured out how to connect it back together and get it operational again. But it turns out that even though water was not flowing from the RO faucet, it had been flowing this whole time down the drain tube. I had no idea! Ben was able to identify this quickly and save me from a large bill. He only charged me for replacing the shower fixture and threw in the leak detection for free. Good expertise and with an interest in not price gouging his clients. Thank you, Ben!

RedFin Plumbing is the copper standard (if you get it you get it)! I came home (again) to a sink full of standing water at the most inopportune time. I called to see if someone could assist me over the phone since I knew it wasn’t urgent, but they sent someone out right away, ON THE WEEKEND! The service technician arrived with proper personal protective gear and maintained social distancing while educating me on preventive maintenance. (Now I know what a P-trap is and how to keep it from clogging.) While there are many plumbing companies in this sea, I’ll be calling RedFin the next time I’m up a creek.
