I contacted Nick's for estimates on repairing a nonfunctional shower and to install two new toilets. From the first phone call to the final repair/installation, the process was a positive experience. Leo and Sergio were prompt, professional and treated me as if I were a longstanding client even though this was my first dealing with Nick's. During the first visit to assess the job, they explained everything to me and I had an estimate of the cost that same day. They took the time needed to do the job right while taking into consideration any inconvenience their work might cause me. I will undoubtedly be calling Nick's for future plumbing and/or hvac services.

I called late yesterday and GEI Plumbing Services of Houston had someone here early afternoon next day. Our washing machine was leaking and a few things need to be tightened up. But if they hadn’t been able to come on such a timely basis we could’ve had a big leak and problems in our basement. The plumber who arrived was awesome! My experience with Wedgeworth was all anyone could wish for from scheduling the appt, to availability that was attentive to my needs, to courtesy call prior to arrival, to the two reps who took care of my appt. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and generous to allow me to ask questions and get assistance in knowing how to deal with any unexpected issues as we head to the pending artic front. Had a great experience with our plumber technician Mario Moreno. He was very detailed with explaining all findings and how it can affect us in the long run. We had him come out to a home we are in the process of purchasing, the home Is from 1946 In Baytown. Being that home is older we knew we had to get a professional out there for further inspection aside from our general home inspector. Scheduling was made easy and they have all the equipment needed to make a good plumbing inspection. Mario did not rush through the process and showed me everything along the way. I will continue to use this plumbing company for many years to come.

They came quickly, were friendly, gave us a quote before servicing and were finished within ten minutes. Since their quote for $225, I was shocked at how quickly they were finished.

These guys get the job done right the 1st time. I have used them for several homes. I highly recommend them and only them. Plus their staff is super customer friendly. From the office staff to the staff on the field. Some of their plumbers are young men but don't let that fool you. These guys are well trained.
