Best Faucet Installation / Repair in Houston TX

I have never felt more disrespected! A leak appeared from our living room ceiling we thought was related to a third floor bathroom late Saturday afternoon so I called Village. The plumber arrived around 9pm, then after investigating the issue said they didn't have the parts to repair the issue once he found what was wrong so that was disappointing. So then I felt like I had to prepay for the leak search to occur next business day in order to not be charged the $175 service charge - because what value did I get out of that??? I called at 8am Monday morning to confirm I was on the schedule for service that day, and Village confirmed. First they said someone called my tenant at 11:20am to confirm the schedule but my tenant never received any calls. I called back twice again throughout the day to inquire as to the status because we had yet to receive a call from the service provider and every time they confirmed we were on the schedule for Monday. 6pm rolls around, and still no Village plumber, and when I speak with the representative she says regular services hours had ended... she takes my information saying the office will call me to explain why a plumber never showed up. Had I know they would have taken my money and then never showed up, I could have hired a different service provider and spared everyone the disappointment and the negative review. Take your business elsewhere.Update on 8/13/2021 - No one has reached out to me regarding my experience and I've called back again to inquire as to my refund and the representative acted surprised no one has reach out to me. What's going on with this company? As of this update, no one has reached out to me to give me a status of my refund...

I called for a garbage disposal replacement but when technicians arrived they checked it and found that it was just jammed. They also informed me what to do if this occurred again. Exceptional Customer Service. Amancio and other technician were polite, professional, and efficient!

We first hired a drain inspector (Michael Busch) to diagnose our issue with the new house we bought. I took the inspector's proposal and found Loren's Halo Plumbing services. Loren was very professional. He drafted a bid for a reroute and some new clean-outs. It wasn't cheap because our job was a ton of work and required a decent amount of hardware, but despite that Loren's quote was fair. Loren's team was incredibly hard working. The lead worker who my wife and I would speak with was nice and respectful, keeping us updated as the job progressed. In an attempt to finish the job sooner, the last day there were several workers here well past sunset! We were very thankful for the back breaking work they did for us.It's been one year since Loren installed the reroute and clean-outs. The new drainage works great and the clean-outs have been useful already. I nearly called Loren this week for some plumbing issue that I had that fortunately has since been resolved. After being reminded of Loren, I decided to write this review because it must speak to Loren's professionalism and quality work if I felt like I could rely on Halo Plumbing Services again a year later.

Technicians sent weren't very knowledgeable to my water heater situation

This had to be one of the worst plumbing experiences I had. The plumber was rude from the get go. His diagnosed the problem by turning on the kitchen sink. I was told I was going to have to have the whole house re-piped at a cost of $10,000 plus he would have to cut into the ceilings and the walls. It will be your problem to get those repaired. When I pressed as how he made this determination he said it is an old house. Different plumbing company came out the next day. Actually went into the attic did a full inspection and fixed the problem within the hour at the cost of $60. Will never use them again!!!!

Eric with Lucky's Plumbing was great! Called the receptionist at 7:30am. He was here by 9:30 and out the door by 10:00am. He swiftly repaired the shut off valve to the toilet with no muss or fuss! I will definitely be recommending Lucky's Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. .He fixed the garbage disposal, clearing the clog in good time. He is excellent. He had his mask on the whole time. I highly recommend Ben and Texas Premier Plumbing.
