Called at 8AM today (day after Labor Day) and got an appointment confirmed between 9-11 AM. I immediately received a text confirming the appointment and received another text about 30 minutes before arrival. The plumber, Charlie, was very helpful and professional. Although not requested by me, he entered my house with shoe covers. Nice unexpected touch.He quickly addressed the clogged sink drain. I consulted him for advice to prevent future clogs related to algae in sink drain tied to AC drainage line, and he shared helpful information and left me with a free bottle of algaecide for monthly preventative maintenance to keep the plumbing clear. I would highly recommend Nick’s plumbing!

The professionals work is great, we haven’t needed to have his work redone. If the professional couldn’t come, he would call me and tell me; kept me updated. The professional thinks of his customers, after he had to re-schedule he came out the day we agreed upon; he didn’t re-schedule the appointment again.

I had an awesome experience. Unfortunately what I was hoping was a few hundred dollars to fix turned out to be a whole new system needed due to our builder using the cheapest they could find. After the sticker shock wore off, Jay R. did an excellent job explaining every bit of detail for what my options were, and went into detail as to what is included with their service. After realizing what I was getting and the value that Abacus brought, I was alright with getting this installed. Also, shout out to Ricardo A. and his team. They were really fast considering all the work needed and the amazing part was that it was only a few hours after I had my appointment, and they did everything same day. This is a full A/C unit and HVAC system installed, and they even corrected things our builder messed up as part of the service. Just an awesome, professional, and great value at Abacus.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️
