Edwin and his team installed a new water heater at my house. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

Working with Jeremiah from Cooper Plumbing was absolutely delightful. I love their use of technology with accurate updates on arrival times via text, fast responses, punctual arrival and quick completion of a small project fixing a broken PVC pipe section between the water main and the pressure vacuum breaker. They installed high quality pipe and fittings. Jeremiah even explained how the pressure vacuum breaker works! Overall, I can highly recommend working with Cooper Plumbing because of their very professional and respectful interactions with their customers.

Technician was on time and very professional. He walked me through all the issues with photos and video and presented several options for repair.

They have great reviews with Google, but a D+ with the BBB. I called and was told there would be a $39 trip charge that would be deducted if I accepted the estimate and they did the work. There was no estimate given, they just did the work. I assumed that was because it wouldn't be much over the $39. It only took about half an hour (no supplies used) and then I was sent a bill for $200. I called and asked why I had not been given an estimate. The owner, Guy, called back and told me they don't do estimates if it's less than $200. I tried to talk but he kept cutting me off, telling me to stop complaining and just pay the bill. I finally had to hang up on him. I did pay the bill, but will NEVER use this company again!

I have been using Wedgeworth Plumbing for 7 years now. Still batting 1000. It was nice to have a simple repair, with a simple solution for a simple price. My other past services were emergencies and they came out in less than an hour on one of them. They have repaired my water heater and it still going 5 years after repair. They have changed out some sort of plug in 2 of our showers to stop the heads from dripping and so my point is they are very broad in terms of available skill sets and services. You are safe with this team of professionals.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

Felipe Bautista and James were awesome, they were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They knew everything that needed to be done and made water removal a breeze. These guys had water removal down to a science and got my house dry in no time.

They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. He even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.

Called on a Saturday morning and they were out within a few hours. I lost power to half of my house. The technician (Ricardo) came out and after a through inspection found what was wrong and how to fix it. I was given options and prices on what my house needed as far as electrical work. I feel he was honest and fair.

I've used TDT Plumbing previously so I called them when I developed a water leak on one of my outdoor pipes. Left a message for them and received a prompt response. The technician, Julio Luis, was able to come out and fix the problem immediately. Same day service. I also had him come out the next day and upgrade a pipe. Same great service.
