Best Emergency Leak in Houston TX

Due to the way my home is built, it's never easy dealing with the water heater. Thank goodness for Dondi! He took the time to measure the space in the attic, the attic opening and the clearance - all to ensure a proper installation. To top things off, he did all this just nights before Christmas so I would have a safe water heater & hot water over the holiday. No shortcuts were taken! Thanks for the peace of mind.

Same day appointment after work. Texted appt confirmation. Then texted picture and bio of plumber. Arrived in the 1st hour of 2 hour window. John, technician was personable, knowledgeable and respectful. Put on shoe protectors. Explained and showed issue. Took pictures which were emailed with receipt. Great use of tech. Best customer service in awhile. Charge seemed very reasonable. Definitely will use again.

I called GEI Plumbing Services for an estimate on repairing the drains from the city coming into my home. Based on the camera inspection, there were a lot of tree roots and a few cracks. We also had the old clay pipes. Technician was very professional and was able to accommodate my schedule for the initial appointment and the project commencement. The work was done as promised. Yes, it was messy but the end result was excellent. The crew cleaned up well! Definitely a company worth referring to friends and family.

Patrick was focused, capable and extremely pleasant. Sink aerator issue was fixed in a timely fashion.

This was a painful job emotionally and financially I replaced all the freshwater plumbing as well as the sewage lines. Wedworth has made that as painless as possible. This is my 5th time to hire them for work at my home and everytime I have felt extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone as well as continue to use them in the future!

Mike Harris was awesome! The valves for my washer area were leaking and i needed it fixed asap. The company was able to aend aomeone out to me the next morning. Mike was sent and came earlier than expected which was great! He told me what needed to be done and gave me my options. He did the job very well and quick. He has a great personality which made me feel at ease because i was so worried about the repair. I would definitely call the company again and try to request for Mike!

All in the Family Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing services I have ever used in 30 years time! They did a re pipe job in the master bathroom. They are quick, efficient, honest, friendly, respectful of you and your home. Left the work area clean! AND prices are very reasonable. Mark was so kind and so knowledgeable. Donna is on top of things and gets back to you in a matter of minutes! Because they are so good, they are in high demand...it could take a few days to get on their schedule....but worth the wait!

RedFin Plumbing is the copper standard (if you get it you get it)! I came home (again) to a sink full of standing water at the most inopportune time. I called to see if someone could assist me over the phone since I knew it wasn’t urgent, but they sent someone out right away, ON THE WEEKEND! The service technician arrived with proper personal protective gear and maintained social distancing while educating me on preventive maintenance. (Now I know what a P-trap is and how to keep it from clogging.) While there are many plumbing companies in this sea, I’ll be calling RedFin the next time I’m up a creek.

Great experience dealing with Hector. Every repair was done on time and very professionally. Hector always responded quickly. If you want a plumbing job done well by a courteous plumber, look no further.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. First of all, I trusted the reviews and accepted the company's annual subscription for the maintenance of my air conditioner, but I regret it. They gave me a date a month and a half later to come to see me and they texted me the day before that date and said that they were busy and they wanted to change the date to a different date, so I didn't accept it anyway, they agreed, but they came on the day they promised, but it came at 5 pm that day. It was about to rain, the technical service said that I will not work in the rain, lightning strikes me and left quickly and sent a report after him, he said the price he gave for cleaning is more expensive than other companies and it should be changed a bit. I looked at the price of the part, it was 30$, but they want 1000 dollars to replace it, the labor is expensive but it's a small piece takes 10 minutes max to replace and $970 for labor is too high. I would not recommend, you can get better services at more affordable prices.

Chose them over 10 years ago because they offer Aceduraflo. Have helped me out a number of times, many in a pinch! They expect only the best out of all their employees who are proud to work for TDT. They offer the best solutions for the situation. They are not in business to sell you unnecessary products or services. They will come back out of there is an issue. I have fired two plumbers in Houston due to ethics and overcharging. TDT is an awesome company!
