The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and how it can be avoided in the future. I really appreciated him offering to check other plumbing concerns that may exist. I can truly say that the technician's customer service made an impact with me.

My service was not an emergency to me it was to my wife lol. I did call this morning they came out this afternoon it was finished within an hour and the price was fair! The technician was courteous, And he left the work area, my bathroom, as he found it, clean. I will be recommending Cooper Plumbing Houston.

I used this company to fix a leak at my business, since 06/22/2022 until today 10/03/2022 it’s not been fixed , they charge me to fix the leak, I called the front desk lady they promised to call back they never did call or follow up about my complaints

When I first used him he was great and polite. Over time he has ignored my request for service. When he did come out, he took parts to be replaced and basically forgot about me and never replaced the parts he took. I will never deal with him again professionally. I suggest you so the same and STAY AWAY!
