Village Plumbing was very professional, promptly responded and followed up on maintenance and repair agreements for our AC and plumbing. We changed from another provider who did not honor our annual maintenance agreements. It was a pleasure to actually have a company do what they say they are going to do!

I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

Halo replaced two 40 gallon water heaters in the attic of our 3 story townhome. A team of 3 came to work on the job. They worked fast, were clean, and respected the space. They explained what they were doing each step of the way if we had questions. Work was done in about 3 hours. Would highly recommend!

He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. .He fixed the garbage disposal, clearing the clog in good time. He is excellent. I called Abacus for a comparison quote on an ancient AC unit. Their sales person (Bradley) came over the same day and measured and tested the existing system. He sat down with me and explained the differences between the types (single stage, dual stage, and variable) and the pros and cons of each. I had done my research ahead of time, so that I was not going in blind. His information aligned with everything I had learned, and he also helped me connect the dots on the math behind the calculations. The best thing was, although their prices were slightly higher than competitors, they were all inclusive, no hidden costs, and that was exactly true. I purchased a new variable system and I got a great deal on it. The installer (Israel) and his crew were professional and courteous, communicated timing accurately, and even waited to get a replacement thermostat when one did not work correctly. This was a great experience, and I highly recommend Abacus for your next AC need.

I recently discovered M&M Plumbing when my toilet system in Friendswood, Texas, developed a blockage. The tech was here quick and on time, and was very knowledgable and friendly. The problem was resolved quickly, and the price was very fair. I will be recommending M&M to friends and family.

My sister recommended Wes and In The Loop Plumbing to me, and I could not have been more delighted. Wes is incredibly punctual, affable, engaging and really went the distance to get a leaking faucet fixed that I needed addressed as well as a major drainage in another bathroom. His prices are very fair, and I could not have been more pleased. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues again in the near future, but if I do, there is no one else I would consider calling besides In The Loop Plumbing Services and Wes.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

They were very professional the entire time. Not once did I wonder when they would be here. I was advised the entire time when I could expect them. Jay the technician called to say he was on his way and arrived early. He kept me informed of everything he saw and even gave me a choice to wait on my repair. He did the repair and I have never been happier with the outcome, the customer service was excellent and Jay even checked on my system about a week later. Thank you Jay for the wonderful job.

Jason Spencer is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. His warranties are worthless and he stops all communication when he does not want to face issues he directly causes. Check with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and check out his Montgomery County criminal record before hiring. I wish I had.
