Best Drain Cleaning And Repair in Houston TX

Their guys just left my house after the most ridiculous bid I have ever received for any work in the 15 years I have been in remodeling. $350 to unclog a drain. Another $350 to replace a faulty faucet cartridge.Hahahahahahaha, if you don't care about money at all I bet they do pretty good work. Their employees were very friendly and professional. But these are the most ridiculous prices I have seen and I have used almost all big reputable companies in Houston.Update: I never requested your diagnosis fee be refunded nor was any “diagnosis” needed. I agreed to the Dispatch fee to have you out to bid on a sump pump installation. My kitchen sink happened to clog the night before Village was scheduled to give the sump pump bid so I asked them to give me a bid on that as well as my kids bath faucet dripping which needed a new cartridge. Again no diagnosis needed as I told your guys what the issues were. Your bids were simply crazy high. I wrote the review so people who are not remodeling professionals know to beware about your bids being astronomically high for the most basic of tasks. Your company not the techs (which were very nice) gave that bid.

Nick's is a very professional company. I appreciate the calls from the office to make sure we knew what was happening, especially after the Houston storm which caused so many people to need repairs. Although our plumber was delayed, we understood the scope of why and was assured we were on the list. The plumber arrived on a Sunday and he did such a great job for us, explained everything and worked really hard to make sure all was right. Thanks Nick's plumbing! We will definitely be referring your services as other plumbers didn't even return our calls.

Couldn't have asked for a more courteous and competent professional. Frank came to take care of a drainage problem in the main line of our home that was causing backflow in the basement. Frank got the job done efficiently (quickly and with no mess) and gave us helpful maintenance advice. We paid what he quoted. Would definitely recommend him to friends & family.

We had a major water leak at our meter vault that needed urgent repair - our building was without water. After calling several companies, we found Halo Plumbing which reassured us that they could find the leak and fix it. They responded quickly and sent about 5 guys to tackle the issue. They not only found and fixed the major leak, but encountered a smaller leak as well, which they also repaired. We are so impressed with their service that we will continue to hire them for future plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Halo Plumbing enough.

Blue Frog did a great job at our home. They were timely, covered what needed to be done and then completed the work in a timely manner. Great job. I’ll call them for more jobs in the future.

I had an issue with my garbage disposal. He initially thought I would need a new disposal, but persisted to try and fix the issue. He ultimately got it to work. He saved me hundreds of dollars!

Last Friday, I heard the pop and sudden sound of water rushing. The freeze finally got one of my pipes. I called 5 different plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come on that day. The best possible was the following Tuesday with ARS. They set a window from 9 am to 1 pm. Tuesday, no call, no show. I called back and was told by a very snarly CSR that the national call center has no idea what's going on and no one could come out until Thursday with no call window! I called Redfin and was treated with empathy and kindness. I was given a time window for Wednesday (today) and they delivered. Uli was my technician and he was excellent! He saw the problem and said it was an easy fix that wouldn't take long. I was very happy with his professionalism and attitude as I know every plumber is crushed with the volume of burst pipes in Houston. From now on, Redfin is in my favorites in my contacts. They will be the first to call should I have any other plumbing needs. Uli is to be commended for his work today!

Lindell came by to fix our constantly running toilet and was able to fix it within 10-15 minutes. He was on time, polite and super helpful. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.
