The guys were friendly and quick. Kitchen sink was clogged real bad - 15 foot into the kitchen sink drain line. They cleared the clog with the snake and had me all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I would call these guys again. Fair price too! I was able to get service the same day I called.

Today I called Nick’s Plumbing to check on the main sewer line because it was draining into the yard. I was not having sewage or waste coming out of the drains. When I made the call for them to come I told them my issue and also to the guy that came to “solve” the issue. The person that came told me he needed to clear the sewer line and to do a video on it. That the cost for that will be $ 359.00. I told him to do it. He just did minimum effort at opening up where the issue was and just used the hole that the main sewer line had to “clean” the sewer line and checked it with the camera. After doing that he told me it was clogged with condoms and sanitary napkins and that the line needed to be replaced because the pics showed the line was obstructed at several points. After he left I dug on the whole area that was affected. What happened is that the part of the line where the issue was at collapsed. By collapsing, the pieces of PVC and dirt that fell into the line obstructed it. Because of the same sewage was escaping and raising into the top of the yard. The person from this plumbing company didn’t do the minimum effort on checking what the problem was, made what was easier for him to do and told me that I needed to replace the main sewer line which will cost $ 5,000.00. What needed to be done was to fix the collapsed part of the main sewer line. I don’t recommend the company. Sadly maybe one bad apple will spoil the whole bunch. Because of the bad experience i will never use them again.

Neighbors... If you have ANY plumbing issues whatsoever, you need to call Loren at Halo Services! Super honest, extremely responsive and very professional. The details below if you're interested!Our hot water stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I briefly troubleshooted it and couldn't get the pilot on the 5-yr old hot water tank to stay on. My youtube research seemed to point to the controller being the issue. I'm pretty handy, but seeing how this dealt with natural gas, I figured better to call the pros. I called Abacus on Tuesday, because that's who we always hear about on TV... They managed to squeeze me in for later that afternoon. The technician came, tried to light the pilot TWICE, came down from the attic and told me I needed a new Hot water tank for a multitude of different reason and that it would be $2,500-$3,000. He advised me that replacing any parts would just add cost and that we would need to replace parts and by trial and error, determine the fix, so slowly we would work our way to a new tank anyways... so may as well just replace it. Full transparency, the cheapest option that he offered me was a $600 controller replacement. Those guys don't repair anything, they're just parts salesmen! I politely told him I wasn't interested and escorted him out.That evening I googled plumbing services and came across Halo Services on Google... I called, left a VM, then also texted (as instructed in the VM message). I promptly got a response from Loren. We spoke on the phone for about 10-15mins while he asked probing questions to try and pinpoint the issue. On Wednesday he made some time in his schedule to come by and take a look at the hot water tank. He troubleshooted for about 15-20mins or so and determined it may be the controller or maybe the burner. But more importantly, he let me know my tank was still under warranty! I called the manufacturer and told them what Loren told me and that the controller would need to be replaced. They honored the warranty and told me where they had a distributor close to my house to go pick up the new part that afternoon. Loren swung by on Thursday morning and in just about an hour, replaced the faulty controller and we were good to go!! Hot water again!Loren was on point with the issue and thanks to him letting me know about the warranty, the entire fix only cost us $150! So Abacus: a disengaged technician and $600 repair MINIUMUM, but fear sale tactic recommending a $3,000 fix… or HALO SERVICES: a genuine honest business owner, a warranty covered part and a prompt repair for $150… Great to know there are companies out there that are looking to grow by doing the right thing and providing top-notch service!!Loyal customer gained!

Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! They were: courteous, thorough, professional with customer in mind, great clean up and good follow up.

To replace two fittings and two valves on a water heater, almost $1000!! The word i would use rhymes with GRAPE! No thanks. However, tech was polite, informative and respectful.

Ben J. was very efficient and worked to give me a good price for his services. I called him out because we thought we had a leak (2 months of high water bills), and coincidentally that morning the fixture to the shower broke and we had to turn off the water to the house to stop it running. Ben replaced the cartridge to get the shower fixture back in order so we could turn the water back on and troubleshoot the leak. After checking a couple of the usual suspects quickly, he asked if we had a water filtration system, which we do. We have an RO system in the kitchen which we tried to sanitize after the freeze and haven't figured out how to connect it back together and get it operational again. But it turns out that even though water was not flowing from the RO faucet, it had been flowing this whole time down the drain tube. I had no idea! Ben was able to identify this quickly and save me from a large bill. He only charged me for replacing the shower fixture and threw in the leak detection for free. Good expertise and with an interest in not price gouging his clients. Thank you, Ben!

Charge 600.00 to look with a cámara trying to charge 8000.00 dlls for repairs call two other plumbers for opinions and they just charge 200.00 to take toilette paper and wipes out of the pipe , no roots no damage one star just because the crust plumber look like a nice men but really they didn’t do nothing …..
