We have installed two tankless water heaters this year using Nick’s Plumbing & Sewer Services. They are a very professional company with trained and knowledgeable technicians. The whole process from the time we contacted them initially to receiving the invoice and setting the final payment was so efficient and such a refreshing change! I would recommend them any day. The last invoice came with all the pictures showing the professional installation!!

Guy was amazing. We called him when our water heater was leaking. He came to our house within 40 minutes. We got the heater here the same night. He returned the next morning and did the install as it was late. We have new carpet and he was very cautious to cover where he was working to not get anything on the carpet. I would surely use him again for any other plumbing need.

Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. Tried to schedule them to come and they needed us to respond within three minutes of their txt in order to confirm the appointment. Of course they called instead of text (using a different number no less) and that doesn’t work for us since we work during the day and do not accept calls. We waited for the text all day only to call later and find out that we needed to reschedule for the next day. It’s frustrating because I haven’t showered since our water doesn’t work and I’m sitting here having to wait another day before we can get anyone to simply see what the problem is. Pardon if I sound frustrated but I kinda am ??
