Javier was on time, professional and he came out on a Saturday with just a few hours notice. The problem was diagnosed quickly and we were given different pricing options. Really great service!!! Thank you so much!!!

They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

Excellent service & highly recommended! Richard with Nick's Plumbing was very quick to respond to our service call and provided great customer service. The plumbers Sven & Raul that came out to my house we very professional, knowledgeable, quick to replace my old rusted piping with brand new Pex piping fixed my leaky ceiling! True professionals!

Work was done in a neat and timely manner, work crew cleaned up the worksite after job completed. That being said, I also encountered “their price is wonky” problem that other customers encountered in reviews below. I have a broken sewer pipe and they charged me $425 for camera inspection. After about 40 minute’s effort, they declared unsuccessful and we were not even reach the collapsed section or determined what caused the blockage. They quoted me one price ($110 - $150 per foot) to dig and replace the pipe and tried to charge me $250/foot in final price adjustment. 5 stars for their crews but sadly 2 stars for their pricing ploy.

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

Technician Edgar was great, but the call center overbooked for the day because it took 6 hours for someone to show up. He got here 2 hours outside of the 4 hour window that they had given me. I had a sick kid that I was hoping to get into the Drs office that day, but wasn't able to. The operator was outrageously condescending, rather than being apologetic or empathetic, when I called to check on our timeframe, saying that it might just be better for us to cancel. Never again.

We all appreciate the fast response and fast work to take care of everything quickly. Thanks again.

Eric replaced the toilet on the 3rd floor of my townhome, and was patient and understanding and didn't complain once about climbing up and down the stairs. I really appreciate his professionalism, and commitment to doing a good job. He cleaned the area afterwards, and gave me instructions going forward. Redfin Plumbing did a great job. I had a hodgepodge of home sale items with slow drains the primary problem. They investigated the issues, gave me a quote, and performed the work. They were neat and clean and explained everything. I am always amazed at how expensive electricians and plumbers are. If we all could do that work we wouldn't need them! This is really a great company. Extremely honest and transparent in their approach. It’s rare to find a plumber that doesn’t try to nickel and dime you. lol plumbing is expensive but it’s good to know that all around has your best interests in mind.
