The technician Edward was very courteous and friendly and fixed the issue I was having with my plumbing. The price was too high for the work that was done. Also, I never received the $75 rebate that is listed on the website. I look forward to receiving the rebate otherwise the service was good.

I called Atlantis plumbing on short notice to move some gas lines before I could do essential work under my house. Robert and Demarcus came out to give me a quote, the quote was reasonable, and they moved the gas lines that same day! They talked me through my needs, and they found a way to meet my needs in way that would be faster, easier, and cheaper than what I originally intended. Everything works great, and I was able to save some money on the deal. In short, knowledgeable plumbers with good customer service. Would definitely use again.

July 3rd had family in from out of town. They smelled gas I called the gas company and my drying gas line was leaking. Gas company shut my gas off. I called Sharpe's Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed it. Thank You very much

M Cary sent Ian Carby out to do an estimate on work in my kitchen and bathroom. The main work required them to turn off the full water in my condo building which is 100 years old (gently). They had to install turn off valves (5), install a new toilet and flange, new sink, new faucet, remove garbage disposal and put in new supply lines, etc. This was a 3 visit process due to tile repairs, etc. They were on time and did this on budget. Ian is the plumber, nice guy, respectful, flexible and good at communications. Michele one of the owners is great too in helping me with scheduling and getting insurance docs, etc. Lastly, there was a need to make an adjust to the water temperature - no problem Ian came right back out and handled it quickly. They are not the least expensive but they stand behind their work and I appreciate the ability to do business with a local business. Try them and make sure you ask for Ian Carby - he's the best!

I was recommended to use this company last week so I was excited to work with them and have my plumbing issues fixed! First off, they showed up without any prior information and didn’t have the equipment to do the work that I called them for. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone quoted me an assessment price 1 week before our service date. An invoice was not sent to me to verify what was discussed so naturally when the service men came to our house, they told me a different price. When we called the office, the same women had the nerve to argue with me about the price she quoted verses what we discussed the prior week. Now whether she just didn’t explain their fees well could very well have been the case however, her lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with the customer couldn’t be denied. She demanded that I pay the amount with little care about the misunderstanding. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because Jeremy and his associate were kind, apologetic, and very helpful. My advice, find a company who cares a little more about customer service because those are usually companies that you can trust. If you decide to use Fletch Barney, make sure they send you a quote so all parties are on the same page.
