I was having a garbage disposal issue at my home today and it wasn’t working. My wife and kids had put a lot of food into it, and when we flipped the switch we got nothing 😩😩. I was especially worried about this because we were going to leave town the next morning and the thought of leaving the food in the drain to rot made my head hurt. Thus, I called Morningside Plumbing after hours and I received a call back within five minutes from Josh! Josh walked me through what the problem was and I was able to fix it myself in just a matter of 30 seconds! From here on out, I’ll be using Morningside Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

We had some problems related to our bathtub and out toilet in our master bathroom. Brian did an excellent job in repairing the tub and also replacing the toilet. He is a very polite professional and we will definitely recommend him and your company to our friends and neighbors.

Roto-Rooter is the company I've use for my plumbing issues and have only used them for the past 15yrs on multiple properties. My recent experience was horrible. Everything was great with 1st technician named Cody. He cleared my line in a hour or so. Then his field supervisor came during the job and his name was Keith. After they were done they put a camera down and realized one of their blades were broken off in the pipe which is what was causing the backup. Keith looked me in the eyes and said well that will be around $4,900 to get out. I told him it wasn't my fault a blade was in my line. He then shrugged his shoulders and said well you'll have to prove that and left... I then got the run around for one week until I spoke to Sam in the administration office. He was equally as rude by saying the same thing.. I have children and adults sitting in sewage due to a Roto Rooter blade being stuck in my line and them not acknowledging it or help remediate the situation... This of course can lead to sickness and diseases...This is a horrible company and the Norcross branch is at the top of the list.. Stay away from Roto-Rooter... A bunch of crooks that charge you $500 to clear your pipes, get a blade stuck in it, then tell you its $5k to fix. Top worst plumbing company of all times!!

Installed ice maker line and now i filtered water. Brought my water to code. Great price good service.

I just had my water line from the street to the house replaced. Michael Jones was the plumber. He was amazing. Not only was he on time and professional but he completed the work without issue. He knew I was stressed about the work so he took the time to show me the pipe and how rusted it was. In fact, he took the time to show me and explain the process every step of the way. He was very conscientious with his work, check and rechecked, and made sure everything was back in its correct place, in order and working fine. I have to say with Mike it was the little things that he did that added up to make all the difference. I have dogs and he made certain my gate was locked every time he entered/exited and he was great with them. He didn't even think twice about putting my hose away; other plumbers have left it on the ground. In all honesty Mike really sealed the deal when he came out to quote because of the person he is and with one simple act - he locked my gate so my animals wouldn't get out. Not everyone things of that detail and it is major for me. Thank you Mike.

I called Atlanta Emergency Plumbing, and an understanding, skilled plumber replaced my faulty faucet an hour later. They have my unwavering support and commitment.

I got them to install a brand new HVAC System around March. I’ve been calling the company to come out to look at it. Every two weeks or so because the AC keep shutting off. Now that it’s cold outside the unit is not heating my house. Called them for the issues twice now. And the problem is not fixed. For the amount of money I spent on a brand new system, you would think every would be working smoothly but. Nope, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNSATISFIED!!!!!
