This plumber had great comments so I tried them. I left a message and they contacted me with a two hour window that they could respond. My disposal issue was not an emergency so this was fine. As promised I got a call 15 minutes before arriving. They arrived right on time. Very clean polite and professional. So their considerate manner and professional work had me glad to recommend them.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

Very respectful I added on my bathroom when only calling about the kitchen pipes and they showed concern to fix it the same day. I WILL US AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Was supposed to fix a leak in my shower which seemed like an easy job after the second plumber showed me what needed to be done. Zippy left screws loose and left out a limiter which allowed the handle to spin around in a full circle which made it hard to find the spot where the water cuts off completely. I had get the job done all over including replace the cartridge because I was not sure if they really did it or not. Will never use them again.

My Response to the owner's response - The owner informed me that the shower valve would need to be rebuilt which would cost me 500-600 dollars. This was not need at all! After the cartridge was replaced and the shower handle had the proper part added, the parts may have costs all of 50.00 dollars. I actually did the work myself and the shower no longer leaks. My tenants are now satisfied and couldn't believe that I actually paid what I did to get such low quality work. The owner thinks that I wrote this out of spite but I am just writing the facts. And yes I was left high and dry when I told him that a simple part was out, his response to me is that he bent over backwards by sending over a guy twice. And the second response was that there was nothing else that he can do. Not really good customer service to me...
