We had an outdoor leak surfacing that we contacted this company for. Morningside sent a technician out to diagnose the issue. Within 6 minutes of the arrival time, the technician sent photos of what he assumed was an irrigation control valve issue. We called an irrigation company to assess and repair. The irrigation company found that there was nothing wrong with the irrigation valve. I called Morningside back out to look again since we paid a $125 service fee for an incorrect diagnosis, Morningside advised that we needed to contact a Leak Detection Company to locate the leak because it had to be underground. Decided to call another plumber for a second opinion, it took a different plumber less than 3 minutes to find the issue, which was less than 6 feet away from where Morningside advised that it was, they corrected the issue the same day. I contacted Morningside to let them know what the issue was, that the technician was wrong and requested a refund. NOW, I have been trying for a MONTH AND A HALF to get a refund for this service call for the incorrect diagnosis. Each time I call, Dawn advises I promise someone will call you back. I put a big note so I don't let them forget. No call has came, no emails have been returned and no refund has been issued. Steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off.

Thang was very thorough and professional identifying where additional cutoffs were in a historical, difficult to reach section of the property, while also doing the requested task. Robert Camp and his assistant Demarcus were courteous, knowledgeable, forthright, thorough, and fair. Robert replaced the toilet's innards, double-checked, found another source of leakage, went to some trouble to locate the part for a 15-year-old toilet, made *that* repair, double-checked again, and charged a reasonable price. Anthony came to replace my water heater and revamp the setup (not to code from the 80s). He was super professional and gave me a very reasonable quote compared to others in the area. He did an amazing job and I am very happy with the high quality work! Will definitely be using Fix and Flow for all future jobs.

Austin and the entire SLAM Plumbing team have been complete life savers! We've been able to call on them multiple times for issues ranging from something as small as fixing a running toilet to larger projects that include digging a trench to install pipes and an electric pump to connect a new basement bathroom to the septic tank. We were also able to call on them in an emergency water damage situation and not only were they able to respond immediately, they were able to refer us to really awesome water mitigation specialists. The staff here was incredibly helpful and fixed our problem as soon as they could. Leah helped tremendously with scheduling our services and also helping us reach our technician whenever we needed. Justin our technician found our problems within 10 minutes and immediately search to find the part. Unfortunately our part was out of stock in all of Atlanta but he called almost every day with updates and found the part within less than a week. Even after the part was replaced they’re still extremely helpful and I highly recommend them

Matt and his team came out quickly, gave me a fair price and started on the job and cleaned up afterwards. Did a great job on replaces my water main pipe, also gave me a warranty. I highly recommend them to everyone. Friendly, professional and easy to talk to, also great listener to your concern that I have going on with your plumbing. And they took care of the job in a timely manner. And I usually DO NOT give reviews at all. But I was very pleased with the work they did in my yard to repair my plumbing system. Last they put my yard back together where you couldn't tell they had been out there.

No show. No call for appointment . I waited another 30 mins before going about my day. I cant understand how people cant just call, text or eail when they are going to be so late. It is so simple in 2019. Wasting peoples time.
