If I could give a zero I would! Worst customer service ever! They sent a plumber out who couldn’t understand me nor communicate the issues. He just kept apologizing for not understanding. I call back and the woman was rude and disrespectful! I’m out $500 with no real resolution to my problem! Would never ever recommend nor use them!

I had a late evening emergency with an overloaded circuit and a refrigerator that went dead. The dispatcher at R.S. Andrews was very polite and responsive. They sent a technician to help me promptly. He worked past midnight to get my power in the kitchen back on and get the refrigerator going. This is a great company with great employees.
